Went today, Sunday at 7:30pm and food wasn't served until 8:45. There was only one staff member,Keontay, apart from the chef. He had been there since 6am I think. People patiently waited cause he was doing every job except cooking. I applaud his patient demeanor despite the challenge.

Order through grub hub the absolute worst experience I've ever had.Hour wait for food that was supposed to be ready.Very disorganized.Horrible.just close this location why don't.Or get a better staff.

Big disappointment eating at this particular IHOP. We don't have an IHOP in our town and was looking forward to finally eating at one since it's been years. The service was terrible. It took 15 minutes just to place our drink order and it wasn't even our waitress - we had to get another waitress to get us a drink. After nearly another 20 minute wait, our food order was finally taken. The food came out 25 minutes later and was cold and dried out. We would've walked out but being in an unfamiliar city, we didn't want to have to worry about finding another place for breakfast so we waited it out. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the wait. I have several years of experience as a server and also in retail, so I am always considerate of the employee's side of things when giving reviews. However, I could clearly see there were plenty of dining area and kitchen area workers at the time and not overly crowded, so it was very poor service, bad food and just overall terrible experience.

We here in springfiel and we came to Ihope we so disappointed on the service and food! They took like 20 min to take or order and when they brought the food was no good and cold !! And we not even finished when they brought the check to us
The deviled egg pancakes were amazing but my wife insisted I give her my sausage!

Excellent the IHOP location. Around 10 o'clock on Sunday, things were busy. We were immediately seated. We started with a coffee order, which is delivered in a carafe for convenient refills. They have a menu for people who are over 55 that is a few dollars less expensive, however I believe the smaller portions go along with the lower cost.I had the hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, and sourdough toast. The sourdough toast was wonderful.It was fantastic. It's true that breakfast costs have increased during the past few years.
