Freakishly Slow & Soggy….I have ordered food for dine-in, carry out, and or delivery from this location so so many times and have had pretty decent service each time. With a wait time of no mare than an hour. But, today I ordered a sandwich that took 1 hour and 40 minutes to finally make it to me (0.6 miles away) it was so soggy and nasty…straight to the garbage. I guess I’ll be a pick-up costumer from now on, if at all.

It's an exemplary Jimmy John's. The staff keep that place running like a well oiled machine. It's quite a sight to see during their super busy lunch rushes!Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options and many items can be made to be vegetarian friendly.

My experience here was horrible, horrendous, horrifying, and awful today. The little man that claims to be a manager at this establishment needs to be fired immediately. Very rude, disrespectful and suggestive regarding how he treats customers. I felt unsafe due to how both of the employees were being rude. All over I was asking questions regarding why they took my payment and it shows on my end and from my bank statements. How they claimed I needed to charge my card multiple times and the payment would not go through until 2 or 3 days. Uh? So can I get my order? I was told no until your payment was process in 2 or 3 days. What the hell!!! What type of business are you running there. Never will I return to this establishment watch out for the manager. Very poor customer service. Never again!!!!! Was told by corporate that they would be contacting owner of the store and they would be giving me a call. Also I will be reporting this establishment to some of my clients that work with the businesses here in Springfield Illinois. Those two male employees need to be fired.Also when I worked in the manager said “ he needs to go tickle first before ordering” this very unprofessional. Who says that to a customer while they are walking to the restroom. I’m very upset with my experience at this establishment

Food was as expected. Ordered at about 5:50pm on a Saturday night. Got food sat down with some friends and within a few minutes a young man came a said, “we’re closed now. You’ll have to leave.” Guests who have been served should be allowed to finish their meals. Not pack them up or throw them away.Never seen a JJ with hours like this one.I will happily give my money to many of the other establishments in the area who appreciate their customers.

Food was quick wasn't to busy the guy behind the counter you could just tell how passionate he is about his job, got us ordered and the food made all super fast. I just really appreciate the customer service at this place.

I love their sandwiches and summer wraps. My biggest problem is they didn't have enough staff and you could tell the one employee they did have was over-whelmed. He did a phenomenal job though on both wraps.Vegetarian options: Love the veggie options

Bread so hard. Spent $7.84 after tax on a turkey tom sandwich and ordered via mobile app. When I took a bite I almost broke a tooth. Can’t even separate the bread to put it in my mouth the bottom was over cooked. Must be a new baker or week old bread. Love Jimmy Johns but this is my first terrible experience here
