Great service and food selections. Pricy but worth it not cooking. Breakfast is my favorite.

Food was decent. Although, i started to notice the servings and macros on each meal was different every week. There was never consistency. For example, one week i will have 4 meatballs tabled as 2 servings, and the next week, (they must've ran low on inventory) i will have only 2 meatballs, yet it will still be listed as 2 servings. Am I being cheated on food?I can handle that though, not a huge issue. The thing that irks me the most is the customer service. Every person that works there that i come into contact with in person is super sweet and nice. Although, whenever I have questions or just looking for clarity, I call the store number and "Stephanie" picks up. Stephanie is rude and cuts me off every time I am on the phone with her. She belittles me and asks why I am confused and states that the "website is very literal." She has gotten rude with me and other customers whom I know on several occasions. I have called before, no answer, and left a voicemail. When Stephanie calls back, and I ask if she heard my fairly short voice mail, she abruptly says, "well, i listened to half of it." Not very polite. Bad customer service like that can put a bad taste in your mouth for somebody you trust to handle your food. To note, I am very patient, and never show frustration, but this is not a first. I kid you not, EVERY TIME I am on the phone with her, it's mid dialogue sighing, a piercing attitude, and smart remarks from her.Oh, to add, several times I showed up to the store 15 minutes before close, and tried to pick up food, but the front door will be locked and nobody answers the drive through window after ringing the doorbell. One of the times, I saw one of the workers outside smoking a cigarette, and watched him walk into the store as he saw me pull into the drive through. Locked the door behind him and did not answer the window. I can see the fridge through the window, so handing me the food should not be a huge time constraint (before your store hours have ended).Again, the biggest thing for me is customer service, no matter how good the food is. I'd much rather have OK food from people with tremendous customer service.

Most of food comes from Gordon’s food service so nothing extraordinary about the quality or flavor. The cooler in front is all of the expired food they try pushing before it changes color and texture. Kitchen is a dirty mess along with the bathrooms. If diarrhea is your goal then this is the spot for all your health food needs.

I am in love with this meal service! The meals are high quality and always fresh. The food tastes good and has large portions with low calories. There are always new meals to try. I couldn't ask for a better situation. The people at the company are a pleasure to work with. I have lost 30 pounds with the help of Just Right Eating. I could not be more happy!

Went in to pick some ala carte items at the new Edwardsville location and they were having some technical issues. So they couldn't accept payment the owner gave us the couple items we picked just so we could try. Great service and the meals we picked were delicious. I would definitely try more!

Hi there! I used to be upwards of 500lbs. (542 to be exact) I am currently 274 hoping to break into the 260s soon.This business saved my life, I was working out, taking supplements all that fun stuff, but I ate whatever I wanted, I didn't realize how important it is to watch your intake.This business is full of great people who have never once treated me poorly, and I garuntee if you follow through with their meal plan (that means no cheating????) I can speak from personal experience you WILL reach your weight goals.Great people, a great business, and they all guinely care. If you've read this far and are still contemplating making the phone call, my advice is give them a call and see for yourself, do a trial period for a month and see if you don't notice a change in yourself. Absolutely amazing!!!! We both work some pretty late and long hours. It was easy to pick up the habit of eating out for a quick easy option. We are so excited to now have a healthier and fresh option!!! Food is delicious and healthy with a great variety. Such an inviting owner that is eager to help and educate you on healthy living. I could go on and on about all the reasons YOU SHOULD STOP BY AND GIVE THEM A TRY, but I’ll end this 5 star reviews with... BUY LOCAL!
