We ordered original recipe and it was DEFINITELY NOT the OG recipe! As well, not sure if this is something or not that is happening here, but just this morning our account has two fraudulent charges now. One from Brooklyn at a Caines Chicken and one at a Chipotle in Newport Beach. We don't use our card many places outside of our typical habits. THIS was not a typical place we stop at nowadays! They must pay their staff the minimum and hire fresh from drug treatment and prison.Everyone that works their looks the worst and the service they provide is no different!I so mad this has becomes the last kfc in Springfield and soon will no longer be here because of the ownership and management. They don’t train anyone clearly, their food is terrible, and the building itself is in disrepairNo one manager in the whole building with a half decent head on the shoulder. Nasty, rude, smart, disrespectful completely…..DONT LET ME FORGET LAZY

Bunch of people that can’t read, ordered saucy nuggets got plain nuggets. Also ordered a chicken sandwich combo and just got a sandwich and paid for honey mustard and they couldn’t even throw that in smh. Don’t gotta be smart to work at kfc that’s for sure

The chicken was rubbery, the fries were hard, and the biscuit was dry. They can't seem to give you the sauce you ask for either. The only slightly alright thing was the Mac and cheese.

No one answered drive thru, Drove to window, No one would come to window. Parked went inside, NO ONE WOULD TAKE AN ORDER AT THE COUNTER. All other customers were having same problem. Was not closed, just totally ignoring all customers. Never saw anything like this. Lost my business and I am sure other customers. 03/25/2024. 5:00 pm.

I should have listened, or, I should have read the reviews....This was a takeout order I placed online for pickup at 330pm on a cold, blustery day. They had no other customers.Over the past six months or so at one of the online forums I watch, people have talked about the "deal" that KFC has been offering of an eight-piece bucket of chicken for $10, instead of the usual $20..Now, I had not been able to replicate this deal even when using the APP until today. Now, I can still recall growing up in Champaign, seeing the Colonel visit, going behind the front counÿter and seeing the entire process. And how tasty, moist, flavorful, etc., the original recipe was.Sure, back then, there weren't any other competitors to challenge KFC, nor were there choices as to what and how your chicken was prepared Crispy, broasted, etc.). And you could truly taste those 11 herbs and spices!BUT NOT NOW.I ordered the Original Recipe and when I arrived home, it was neither Original, Crispy or the like. In fact, it was as if they had run down to WalMart and took their crappy, over-cooked, dry, tasteless chicken and put it in a KFC bucket - tbe bucket I bought.Half of the chicken in the bucket had obviously been around for a while, BUT ALL of it was devoid of the moisture, taste, and even the grease, etc., one is accustomed and expects.The staff were friendly, but I am so disappointed with what I paid for, as IMHO, no longer is KFC worth it - even at half-price.
