Slow, the sign says they open at 1030 but food is not ready even at 1130, sign also says under new management and the new manager must have slept through the training, go someplace else and KFC might has well close up shop here in Springfield.

At the drive through there is barely a menu shown. One time I went, an employee at the drive through was extremely impatient and frantically rushed us to order.Usually both locations in town are out of stock on common items.

Pulled up to the window to order the man was very rude. When I got home with my order it was totally wrong, they gave me some trash that I didn’t order. When I called to explain how they got my order wrong the GM told me to stop talking or I will not get my money back. Respectfully I continue with what I was saying. And she hung up on me. I call back twice she picked up and hung up again. I actually felt bad for her so I left it alone because she probably need that 11$ more than I did. Im not saying the company is bad. But that location it definitely trash. Not a welcoming atmosphere and lack of customer service. Do better KFC.

This visit was good. The only complaint I have, is that it was kind of a long wait for my food. The food was delicious, and I would recommend this KFC. Update from previous visit! This KFC has gotten bad since my previous visit. The food was terrible! I ordered two piece white and 10 piece chicken nuggets. All were not fresh, and tasted horrible. I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant. Looks like the building could use an update also.

I bought a $65.00 order. Chicken strips, 4 large sides, biscuits came with it, and I ordered 2 small French fries. Two of the large sides were missing from the bag when I got home and the biscuits were hard as ROCKS! ? The manager was not helpful. I will not go there ever again. ?

I ordered 2 bbq chicken wrap and small slaw and 1 biscuit $11.17 they gave me back 8.00 they still owe me .83 cents he said sorry we don’t have change I gave them a quarter he said I still don’t have chage I said just give me a dollar he said we have no money peopl that come here pay with exact change I said I will never come back again what the heck some tell how to make since out of this plzz.the biscuit I can use for hockey puck the slaw smelled kike bug spray never ever ever again I will call heath department

New employee super polite. However, $17 for 5 piece tender meal. Get my money, I wait and then it's were out of Biscuits after she hands me my bag. How about you say that up front.And I asked oh so I get shorted but meal not discounted. Oh no. Won't ever be back raggedy parking lot. All these restaurants are gonna have to close, facts!.

Waited 30 minutes after being told by phone (because nobody would come to the window) twice that my order would "be right out" meanwhile people are running in & out of the back of the building, only to finally be told on the 3rd phone call that they couldn't fill my order because all wings were frozen. Get all new employees these ones are high af back there. Garbage

Ordered the coleslaw in the drive through. SO looking fwd to it. The recipe is NOT the same as it used to be! It's slimy, thick, and no different than what I could buy is the grocery store, for half the price. :'(
