Wow, the taco with the corn tortilla and sauce was excellent. The tamale I ordered was also really flavorful and my wife's fajitas tuned out very well. It's right across from the old state capitol in Springfield so we got a drink at "The Wakery" (non-alcoholic bar) down the street and enjoyed a fabulous dinner here, so see give it a try!

This might be my new favorite Mexican restaurant!! The prices are very reasonable, friendly staff, great service and the food was so good! So much flavor!
I’m a somewhat regular at this place, so here is my pro tip: try the Chile Colorado. Last I looked it was only on the lunch menu, but if you request it, they’ll make it for you at dinner too. Absolutely delicious and not a dish you hear many people talking about.

The food here is phenomenal. I’ve tried their fajitas, tacos, birria tacos(my favorite), burritos.The guacamole is the best I’ve had in Springfield. The prices are fair and their drinks are tasty. This is true authentic Mexican food.
Food is excellent! I had the Tacos Al Pastor and pork was flavorful and pineapple cut perfectly for the right bite! Rice and Beans very good as well! The Top Shelf Margarita in a big goblet, too much for me to finish. Could be shared between two light drinkers! I will be back!
