I hate to leave bad reviews but every. Single. Time. I come here I have to sit at the drive thru speaker box for a long period of time, I get to the window same thing. This specific time I sat at the speaker I look up I had been sitting for 10 minutes, granted I was greeted however, I was told to wait. 10 minutes though? I decide to go inside because (maybe) the drive thru is busy. Not a car in sight??? Get inside, I’m helped with no hesitation, and I get my food faster than I’ve EVER sat and received my food in the drive thru. Are we serious?

Service has improved greatly in the past few years. The soup, cream of Potato and chicken dumpling is amazing! Love the Cesar salad. If you get the half and half that is plenty! I do get a larger bowl of soup just because I am obsessed with it.
We live approximately equal distances from the two McAlister’s here in Springfield. This is definitely my favorite. The ladies that run the counter are awesome, super friendly and just make you feel welcomed. Our food arrives hot, fresh and correct every time, so the team in the back is doing everything right. La Shonda you might be new but you’re rocking it, keep it up.

The pecan berry salad and club sandwich were both wonderful.It was even more a pleasure to encounter such helpful and energetic counter workers. Complete with menu suggestions and drink refills without prompting.

We ordered food online ahead because we have two little kids, are driving through and we needed food quick. It was 50 minutes after we ordered (30 minutes post stated ready state) before the food was done, and that’s only because I arrived and asked where it was. We should have just ordered at the counter for that timeframe. We didn’t get the kids’ foods we ordered though. Charged for kids turkey and ham sandwiches, only given grilled cheeses, they were out of cookies but provided a normal size cookie at least. For $61, this was a very disappointing, didn’t get what we paid for & not a quick service experience! We will NOT be returning to this location. If there were a feedback option I would have provided it through their option, but the folks behind the counter didn’t seem to know what was happening as it was. Would not recommend.
