Very good atmosphere and the acoustics are good enough we could carry on a conversation with 9 people. Very enjoyable. The sandwich I had was also very good.Dietary restrictions: My wife has wheat allergies and was able to have all of her dietary needs met.

Literally just broth in my chicken noodle soup! I’m sick so this is really upsetting! As I got it delivered and can’t take it back. This is the third time I’ve had a problem with my order at this Panera.

I would rather give this 0 stars but I have to choose at least 1 star. I saw the drive-thru had a few cars not many so I decided to go in. There was 1 lady in front of me getting gift cards. No biggie I'll wait. The lady helping her was polite but a little older and very slow. After standing there for 5 minutes she walked to the back and got someone else to help me. This lady came out to help and took my order and was about the same speed as the lady helping the other guest with gift cards. I then stood and waited another 17 minutes on 1 sandwich. Other people had been waiting as well. No one seemed to care about how long each order was taking. I ended up being 10 minutes late to work waiting to get a sandwich. I will NEVER visit this location again.

Two things to say. Suspected food poisoning from a salad and on a different visit I found a thumb tack in my salad. Done with Panera. Zero stars

Went to get a birthday treat for my birthday this year and at first I went online to do it and then it said go through the app so I downloaded the app to do it and at first it said I had to order a treat before I could get my treat so I did that and then when I was coming through the drive-through, I noticed you could get a cinnamon Crunch bagel with ham and stuff on it which yuck why would anybody want that and you get a cinnamon crunch latte to go with it but when you look in the coffee to order that with any other thing, you can't find the cinnamon crunch latte, do you have to get that sandwich in order to get that drink? that's ridiculous. Anyway, they couldn't find my order online. They made me repeat my name several times because the gal couldn't hear and seem to have a hearing problem and then they couldn't find my name. They couldn't find the order so I showed them the thing on the on the phone.They got a different gal. She came out and she said I didn't hit the yellow button down at the end but it didn't come up that way. It came right up confirmed and showed where to go to what time yada yada yada and I rushed over here to get it at 10:42 am when it wasn't ready then they said II HAVE to wait for another 5 minutes to get it. Why when it's just a cinnamon crunch bagel? And they didn't even warm it up they threw it iN A BAG even though I APOLOGIZED for everything, they threw it IN A BAG and didn't ask me if I WANTED it warmed, I want it warmed up CUZ ITS hard as a brick. I even put whipped cream on it cuz it was so dry, prolly from the day old bagels...I'll never come back. And this is why I don't go there to order anything any more because it's all confusing, and it took 3 employees to figure out how to give me my stinking reward birthday treat.
