I watched a papa employee purchase a pizza and give the person the change in her pocket ......the person was cold and hungry and had been passed over many times that day .... To the female employee with colorful hair thank you on the behalf of humanity,it warms my heart to see some genuine love left in this cesspool of a city....You make every thing around you shine brighter so because of that Papa shines.....post script papa John's I have noticed feeds the homeless at several Springfield locations with out thanks from the public .....local papa John's thank you for shining and setting a example for more to follow

So do yourself a favor and dont get the alfedo sauce unless you want to drink this pizza. I was told by an employee the sauce is always runny like this. I threw the pizza away.

It's all about taste and the pizza was tasteless. It was supposed to be New York style pizza. I grew up in NYC and their pizza is excellent. This one was disappointing.

Papa John's has certainly gone down hill the last few years with Papa John being gone and Covid. I understand he needed to go for his hateful behavior, but the people in charge now are just doing whatever they can to squeeze that last bit of extra profit out of their pizza (like all major corporations unfortunately) and it tells. Better ingredients, better pizza no more (if it ever was the case). Used to be my favorite major pizza chain several years ago, now I'd honestly recommend Lil Caesar's over these big chains

Big Newyorker is neither big nor New York style. They took their normal large and made it maybe 2-3 inches bigger. Tasted great, but was expecting HUGE. NEW Chicken Parm bites were pretty
