Amazing food and bar menu is good. Came I. For the first time and will definitely be back. Got the original crust pizza and it was crispy and excellent. Cannot wait to try other menu items.

Really good pizza!! Definately recommend the Papi (even though it's different, the flavors together are amazing)! Stopped while traveling to spend the night in Springfield, and couldn't decide what we (2 adults & 3 kiddos) wanted to eat. Papi's didn't show up on our original search, but after getting turned away at another place, we searched again and found Papi's Pizza. We are glad we did. Place seems newer. Nice decor. Someone greeted us not too long after we came in, and was friendly throughout our stay. Sat in the restaurant portion. We started with the queso & chips. Nothing super fancy, but decent flavor and chips weren't stale. Hubs and I each had a Moscow mule, which hit the spot. Husband ordered The Papi & kids and I got the traditional thin crust large pizza, 1/2 sausage/pepperoni & 1/2 mushroom. Pizzas were really good. Sauce had good flavor, crust had perfect crunch, and cheese was good. I decided to try a small piece of The Papi, and boy was I glad I did. I usually like traditional pizza, and am not one for all the "weird" combo's, but this is a must try. The flavors really worked perfectly together. It was amazing!! Overall I highly recommend this place. Staff was nice, good decor, place was clean, and great food & drinks.

Two pizzas from there and two hits. Got a Cubano a month ago and it was great. Even my mother thought it was wonderful. Got a sausage, pepperoni, ham, and mushroom tonight. Excellent pizza. Service was great. I'll be coming back for more.

We’ve given this place several tries because I prefer to support local businesses as often as possible. Unfortunately, tonight was the last straw. We walked in and waited about 10 minutes with no one greeting or taking our order before giving up and leaving. The staff were walking around and chatting but not much else. Every time we’ve been the wait has been extremely long (up to an hour for a couple slices of pizza) and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better :( it’s a shame because the food is really good but the bad service and long wait times aren’t worth it.

We were excited to try this place after hearing so many positive reviews. We dined in about 830 in a Saturday. The food was excellent the hot honey was the perfect sweet and spicy combination. The jalapeños were cut fresh and that was a nice change from canned ones. Both crust the thin and hand tossed were cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back here for pizza. The service on the one hand was very strange and poor. They had the dining room blocked off to funnel you to the bar area with a sign that said " order at the bar". It was kind of confusing. We went to the bar and placed our order and ordered drinks that were handed to us at the bar. When we tried to find a place to sit we were told the tables were "full service" and a server would be around. Why we weren't told that to begin with I'm not sure. The waitress couldn't have cared any less we were there. A food runner brought our food or and sat it down without even speaking to us. Whatever. None of us had anything to drink at this point. We stopped the server and she said she would be right back with refills. She went back to the bar and be proceeded to check on every patron at bar while looking at us repeatedly but never coming back. My husband finally got up to get a beer bc he had to have something to drink. We had to ask for a box then ask again for a check. I will say it was the most unwelcome we have ever felt at a restaurant.

Love the El Papi on cauliflower crust! We've eaten here several times. Tonight we asked for them to not put the bourbon drizzle on the pizza and they accidentally did. They offered to remake it, which is a class call. I told them it's OK (I don't like wasting food - just look at my waistline ). The manager credited our card for the pizza, which was kind, not warranted, but much appreciated!

Inconsistent on the Philly sandwich. I liked it the 1st few times then it had a brown sauce on it the last time that I did not like.UPDATE:Management/owner made it right. Excellent customer service and I am enjoying the refreshed menu with more value deals.I'm glad this establishment took over Pies The Limit and is in my neighborhood. I plan on dining here often. Our pizza slices have been tasty and the Peruvian brownie is incredible! I love my Philly sandwich with no siratcha brown sauce upon request. Thank you! Hasta pronto!

The service was slow. Cheese bread was delicious. Pizza didn't have enough toppings over all the pizza more sauce than anything. Some of the pizza's had spicy taste to it. We ate there 1/28/24

I went here on a Friday night, and it wasn't very busy. I got a hand tossed sausage pizza. The crust was pretty good but the cheese and sausage were like a frozen pizza. My friends got a thin crust that was terrible the thin crust dough tastes like a grilled tortilla with no flavor. Pies the limit was better

Visited with some friends in hopes of getting some good news food. Unfortunately our order was missed and we ended up waiting until all the rest of the group had finished their food and we asked about ours to get our flatbread. When it arrived it was missing two elements described on the menu. The guy behind the counter was rude to his staff as well as to us when ordering. We won't be going back. 3 stars because the friends enjoyed their food and the atmosphere is nice.

The pizza here is amazing! We loved the dill pickle, the hot honey chicken, and our favorite was the Carne asada. Their side salad had tortilla strips (which I loved). The buffalo sauce is some of the best I've had. We had friendly service both times and can't wait to go back again!

We ordered the large Dill-Icioso and the large taco pizza and an appetizer. Less than $50 before tip. and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. We will for sure be making this a regular spot for us, especially next year when delivery is avaliable!Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and cauliflower crust
