I ordered a cheese pizza and paid for extra sauce and extra cheese and received neither. Got the little cup of marinara for bread sticks and the which is already tiny and was only half way full.

Pizza was cold, small (for a large?), Very few toppings. Paid over $25!! Thin crust was dried out like it was sitting around for hours! Delivered by DoorDash in 30 minutes so not sure why pizza was in the shape it was. Never again.

Driver went to wrong house, manager screamed at me finally delivered cold at almost 2 hours!!!!So tired of these places not caring. People need to stop rising prices, disposable employees and fee after fee to only get treated like a problem, not receive their orders and I'm done with the HUT!!! SORRY TO MY KIDS who love it. I personally won't give another done !
If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered pizza for delivery a couple days ago. The pizza was undercooked and gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning. Do not eat here. We BOTH woke up in the middle of the night projectile vomiting. Was pale as can be. I felt awful the whole next day or so. DO NOT EAT HERE.

We ordered food twice this week just to try and give Pizza Hut another chance. BIG MISTAKE . I ordered a pizza and two cheese sticks. When we got there, they didn’t even make my order. They refused to make me a pizza saying that they were out of dough ? So I just ordered cheese sticks (which is made with dough) also took another 30 mins.just rude and lazy and unhappy with their job. This place needs new management. Maybe just shut down. I would give zero if I could.

Love pizza hut.!The face of the sangamon pizza hut was not very kind and looked like she did not want to be there. Took 35 mins on a 15min. Carryout and forgot part of my order.

They forgot to season the crust. It was just plain, dense, dry dough. Very disappointed.
