I read the reviews and thought it could not be that bad. Placed an order via doordash and was sent someone else's order. Get new management and new workers.

Food was good but really expensive, a dollar more at the window then on the order board. Outside upkeep very poor,weeds about a foot high.Paid 18.61 for 2 cheeseburger combos

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating. I reported to corporate and NOTHING was done. I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes before they even answered then another 25 minutes for food. While employees satin their cars blocking drive thru in their cars smoking so I couldn't get thru to leave.i was late getting back to work just so they could sit in their cars smoking which the smell was super evident to what. Ridiculous. It's sad its so poorly staffed and ran. If they can't wait on customers it needs to be closed down. I'm furious because it affected my employment being stuck in drive thru unable to leave

I went to rallys due to the fact that I had a voucher for $20.00 and a free sandwich from signing up on the app.y order totaled over $50.00 and when I got up to the window I was informed that they had not one employee on duty that knew how to take the voucher or that knew how to make my sandwich free. This is very ridiculous. I should have only had to come out of pocket about $25.00 ,but ended up having to pay for the whole thing on my card due to the lack of training the employees had. I don't see why the restaurant would be left to be ran by a bunch of employees that don't know what they are doing. After that experience I will never order there again. Might I add that there were cashier instructions printed at the bottom of my voucher so even I would have known how to accept it without knowing anything about their system. It seemed to me like they could have figured out, but had no interest in even trying. On top of everything else the food was not good at all. It seemed old.

I had a job interview but the manager couldn't be bothered to show up. This place is a total disgusting dump. There is no room inside the building when you walk in to place and order. That's just sad. The building is covered in dirt and grime. I've seen dumpsters cleaner then this place.

Serving hot garbage right now as I type, none of the drinks are good and I had to find out by tasting each drink they were all flat and he knew it. they charged me for a medium fries I absolutely didn’t order, the chicken bites in my box are literally staled and cold, this restaurant should not be open right now, nobody in there knows what they’re doing and nothing is fresh. Not even the drinks. I wasn’t even offered a refund for my drink.

They didn't have drinks to go with the combo. The worker said if he gave us a shake with the meal he would have to charge full price. I was not pleased at all. I will not go to rallys anymore

Waiting a long time in drive thru then I paid double what I should've for my order comes to find out the dude rang me up for stuff I didn't order and when i asked 4 recipt he said pull up bc it flew out and it was pouring rain. Finally about 10 min later he gets me receipt and i drove home. Finally looked at my stuff which was not what i ordered or what was on the reciept. That place at night is a joke at times. Many times my food has been ice cold by the time i get to the house and i only live 3 miles away! They try hard most times and are friendly just not knowledgeable.
Food is always hot but usually is not made right. They are always short staffed and move very slow. There have been a few times I have went there and there was a lady that was very clearly on drugs falling asleep in the window and handing out incorrect food. Staff does not like to wear uniforms at night as the drive thru cashier had a sweatshirt that read STONER across the front which is not professional. Nor do they wear gloves or masks and will handle cash then go right to touching your food. They couldn’t hear me when taking my order because of the music they had blasting. The store itself is in shambles it seems besides the ice cream machines, those look new but are most of the time out of order. Rally’s used to be a good place but now it’s a last resort place and it sucks because their food is good.

Mozzarella sticks were fantastic, other than that kinda bad. The staff was either too under staffed to new or just didn't know what was going on. The line took forever and they messed up our order.
