I came and ordered a drink at the bar. The manager of the bar spilled an entire 9oz glass of wine directly on my lap. This also led to shattered glass landing all over me. I was extremely easy going and polite about this. I figured they’d have the courtesy to at least comp the glass wine considering I had sit there for the rest of the evening soaked. Because the second bartender was new I still tipped over 20%.

Alyssa is amazing. The Pina colada was so good and creamy, the salmon rice bowl is too die for, and the lobster dip was delicious and let's not forget the infamous cheddar biscuits - fresh out the oven with extra garlic butter 5 stars!

Our food was terrible. Sent back and got a new Cajun chicken pasta and It wasn’t even grilled must have been fried. Food came with our salads and my husbands food was dry. We drove 2 hours to eat there and so disappointed. Won’t go back. We looked so forward to it.

Had the twin lobster tails & baked potato. Food was excellent. A salad was an upcharge so I went with something else.

Place doesn’t have enough servers. Show up on a Monday at 7pm. Front hostess says it’s approximately a 20-25 minute wait. Bunch of empty tables everywhere. A family of 3 and a couple of 2 ahead of us. Some how an estimated 20-25 minute wait turns into a 50 minute wait and it’s near 8pm by the time you sit down. If there’s a wait, that’s fine. But as a hostess you need to overshoot your estimated wait times. If you believe it will be a 30 minute wait tell the customer 40 minutes etc. nothing is more aggravating than waiting 50 minutes when you were told 20-25 and you look around to see an empty restaurant. If I walked in and was told it would be a 40+ minute wait I would’ve walked out and went elsewhere. Please be transparent with your estimated wait times and stop wasting customers valuable time.

Went for Valentine’s Day with a reservation at 7:15 pm. When we got there the hostess said it would be a 45 minute wait even with our reservation, she said she didn’t even know why they take reservations. We were then seated at 7:50 pm and waited another 15 minutes for our waiter. The restaurant looked quite empty so we thought we would have no problem getting our food on time before it closed. We looked over the menu and ordered two of their mocktails ( we didn’t like either) we waited 10 minutes for our drinks to come out. We ordered our food and waited and waited and waited. 25 minutes passed and our waiter said it would be 4 or 5 minutes because we were the third ticket in line. He never refilled our biscuits and checked on us maybe one other time saying it would be out in no time. Two other people who came for pickup both were taken care of before us even though one had just ordered in the app. It was now 8:45 and the restaurant is about to close so we ask for our ticket for the drinks and would like to leave and they say the manager would be out in a second, they never came and our waiter came out and had us pay $15 for two drinks. Honestly you know how Valentine’s Day would be so why not do reservation only or at least ensure they will be taken care of. As well as taking DoorDash orders and having 57 tickets left with 10 minutes to close is crazy. Ultimately our whole night was wasted and ruined. Thanks
