I've recently began to visit this place when in Springfield on business. I always customize my smoothie because they are just too sweet. This time it didn't come out too well. I'll try again. I want to mention to the staff that it's important to acknowledge your customers. I walked in and everyone was busy, but not one person said hello, good morning, welcome to smoothie king, we'll be right with you. Customer service is very important. Who wants to visit a business and not get acknowledged. It's not that hard. Kindness and common courtesy goes a long way.

This was our first time going to Smoothie King. The workers were very friendly, offering suggestions and descriptions of various flavors and options. Both smoothies we ordered (Mocha Hulk & Strawberry Pineapple) were quite good. We will be back on our next trip through!

I was blown away by how many plant based options there were and that everything was clearly marked. It made it so easy to order and my smoothie was delectable! Highly recommend this place when you want a quick healthy meal or snack!

For a healthy snack it was good kept me full until we had our late dinner
