I love Starbucks but this location definitely need new management and/or employees, every morning before work I try to go in and get my morning drink but the line is always through the door and I have to wait about 25 minutes for my drink if it's in stock! Im done with Starbucks now I'm not going to be 25 minutes late for work because they don't know how to schedule enough people to work in the morning so people can be in and out!! Terrible it's not that hard!!

I think this is my worst Starbucks experience ever. Workers work at the pace of snails, have no idea what’s going on. I mobile ordered it took me 30 min to get my drinks and they didn’t even make them right. Classic millennial inefficiency. It was like the inmates were running the asylum.

Just a bunch of young kids in need of a solid manager. They do give effort but they are obviously overwhelmed by the traffic with how slow they are and messing up orders/skipping customers .

The service here is slower than molasses in January. There are currently over 15 people who have been waiting on mobile orders and food for over 30 mins. One single person is doing mobile drinks with zero sense of purpose and there are so many stickers for food not filled that I have given up hope I'll ever get it. The staff hasn't acknowledged anyone even once, and too boot I didn't get my red cup but at this point I don't want to distract anyone.ETA they're just throwing red cups at people at this point. They're so behind no one's even here anymore for half this food and drinks. The guy by me has waited over an hour and I'm getting close.

Solid location that will get your order to you correctly and quickly. I'm not a fan of fancy coffee. I just want black coffee hot and fast. They delivered it to me as promised within a few seconds.

I was expecting Starbucks to have like the best coffee ever but honestly it was pretty underwhelming, the staff was quiet, took a minute to make our order which was a mocha frappe light ice large, and the chocolate cream cold brew small, the batista didn't seem to know really what she was doing had to ask the cashier a couple times and the coffee was pretty average.Parking: Kinda just have to find a place on the street and hope you can park close enough to walk there

Staff at starbucks need to learn the difference between their iced green tea and plain green tea without any other flavors. I asked twice if it was plain, and staff assured me it was. It was not.

This one was odd! No one asked what size we wanted, no hello, no name taken, for my husband's simple straight forward order cashier asked some weird question that made no sense...But ordered was made fast and tasty!
