I stopped by for my drive to Chicago and ordered through the drive-thru. Like most Starbucks drive-thru, this location was busy, but it got my orders warm and ready! Even though this place was busy, the staff were fast and efficient! I got my orders in less than 10 minutes. I ordered my iced caramel latte and the egg and bacon sandwich.

On a road trip. Forgot sunglasses, so I went to Walmart. Grabbed a yogurt snack also. Went to Starbucks drive through for coffee. Realized I forgot spoon for yogurt and I could NOT get the tag off the bridge of the sunnies. Barista saw my struggle and offered to cut the tag for me. Also provided a spoon! 10/10 amazing and saved my day! Thank you!!

I think the barista waved the chai flavoring over a glass of iced milk and pronounced it 'Iced Chai.' Even after I went back for another squirt of chai, it was still sadly lacking. This combined with the disappointing staff, unfriendly and surly and without a hint of customer service, which created a most sterile environment. This is the only Starbucks in this area, so they're still doing good business even though their motto seems to be: we don't care cuz we don't have to. This is the second worst Starbucks I've come across in my travels across country. Traverse City, Mi. holds the number one spot due to it's supreme disorganization and snail's pace, but at least they were friendly.

Most of the baristas and the manager are great at this location. But so inconsistent! One day your drink is spot on and the next day it tastes completely different.

Best Starbucks café of year!!! Drive-through is going smoothly and little quickly. Employees are well-prepared to made any drinks for the drive-through customer. That café is better than another Starbucks on Monroe St. because the drive-through at Monroe was so slow. Friendly employees!! That café is CHAMP!!!
