Excellent! We chose this restaurant due to its 5 stars. Reviews were not wrong! Best turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich my husband ever had. Delicious stew. Excellent atmosphere. We loved it.

Ordered a supreme pizza and a salad to go without knowing anything other than the yelp reviews and online menu. Turns out the pizza is 8 huge slices and the salad is enough as a side for 4-6 people! I wish I had known the supreme would be as meaty and spicy as it was. Very thin chewy crust, lots of meat. Very flavorful. While not my personal favorite I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves, say, a big juicy Italian sub or spicy meaty lasagna. The place was very busy but my food was prepared carefully and was ready at the promised time. I did have to stand in line to pick it up-I recommend arriving before the time they say to account for that. Salad was fresh and huge, yet nothing special overall. People in the place were drinking, talking and laughing; having a great time. It seemed to be more about the drinks than the food. I had to park a half block away or so but didn't have to pay to park.

The pizzas are amazing here! A little pricey for a pie, but you don't get shorted on the food. We had plenty of leftovers and one pizza could easily feed 4 people! The best addition to Anvil & Forge.

Delicious food, good beer selection (with taster options), and fun ambiance! Our group ordered pizza by the slice, grilled cheese, charcuterie board, and turkey bacon ranch sandwich...all were delicious!

It's anvil and forge . Not " the foundry kitchen" Not a single sign advertising some guy on the sidewalk looked like a manager said "oh yea it's in here they just do a bad job advertising so we went in and it's just a bar pretty much.

I was a little worried when we walked in at noon and the place was empty! But due to their location I would guess weekends are a bit quieter than the Monday-Friday daily grind. But this place is amazing! We had the artichoke dip, a sandwich and a salad! So much food!!! Worth the venture across town! An absolute must try!

Ordered the Cubano sandwich. It was filled with meats and delicious flavor on really good bread. Quality sandwich. Atmosphere was lively.

The cheddar jalapeño soup was amazing and the pulled pork sandwich was too! The vodka lemonade was refreshing. Nice ambiance for good food and good company.

Waiting for my son to join me, sipping water in the sunshine. Water is free. You order at the counter. They will bring the food to the table.
