They do not have anchovy at this store but they do have green Olive's now..Quality of food is improved since last visit..Service was good, pizza was excellent as chain Pizza goes...Still wish they had anchovy but all in all this was an enjoyable experience.

Worst pizza hut ever. I ordered parmesan wings on more than one occasion and they were crispy and hard. Corporate is no better because they do nothing about it. Besides, I have noticed roaches and rodents in the restaurant and hair in my food. STAY AWAY! Pizza Hut on Sangamon in Springfield. The first time my grandkids and kids told me of this but I thought they were seeing things but I seen it for myself.

The website is user friendly but I paid extra for extra cheese on 2 of 3 pizzas but there was barely cheese at all on those two and there was at least 2 inches of crust at top of each slice. The cookie was burnt on only half of the bottom. We do not order pizza often and this was disappointing.

HORRIBLE!!!!! First I ordered a pepperoni pizza, they gave me a cheese pizza. Then went all the way back up there for them to claim they were out of hand tossed pizza! This isn’t even the first time I had horrible experience. I order the big box one time and they didn’t even cut the bread sticks up, or the cinnamon sticks. Just have 1 big block of each. The quality of service at this place is terrible and I will never order from here again.

I've been ordering pizzas from here for several years now, so that's the only reason I'm not giving this three stars. The quality here has gone down over the last couple of years, but the service is still fairly good.

I'm in Springfield for work this week, and decided to order a pizza for dinner tonight. a Meat Lover's Pan pizza with extra cheese... should be easy enough for any Pizza Hut to manage, right?What I got was one of the worst Pizza Hut pizzas I've ever eaten. For a pan pizza... it's like the crust isn't even risen at all. it's clearly not a thin crust... just an epic fail of a pan pizza. It also arrived lukewarm, looking like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. I know that it did not sit under a heat lamp for that long..... I got it an hour after ordering... but it sure looked like it did.Definitely didn't get the extra cheese I paid $2 for either.Word of friendly advice: Pass on this Pizza Hut location. Just get something else to eat from a place that can give you better quality.
