Came in wanting to order, they couldnt break a $100 on a $20+ transaction. Thats ok, its fine ran to the nearest jewel to break the money. After ordering at arby's I recieved my recipt there were a bunch of random voids, still not a big deal I knew what I owed. The sandwiches were completly cold...Like it wouldnt have rubbed me the wrong way but I went over the effort for literally something that was ice cold. I ate what i could then just left.

Well I haven't eaten at a Arby's in over 20 years, just not my thing but my 8 year old talked me into it. The cashier definitely didn't want to be there he wasn't polite at all, the dinning rm was empty had lots of room for more tables yet only a handful where there. the beef sandwich was cold and flavorless. on the upside the fries where good. Definitely won't eat there again. I'm surprised you all are still in business.

Wonderfully friend staff, French fries were great but the beef in the sandwiches was not very warm. It was just a quick stop to fill up so we didn’t bother saying anything.

I go to many Arby's locations in the northern Illinois and Chicagoland suburbs. This location in Saint Charles, Illinois has a consistent problem in my book that none of the other locations around the area have. The fry boxes (for both curly and crinkle fries) are always underfilled. I always have to go back to the counter to tell the person to please fill my fry box to the top or a little over the top. Also, the sandwiches at this location are put underweight amounts of meat. I've already done the work of going to other Arby locations to compare the exact same sandwiches and it's a significant amount. I'm not sure if this is due to the general manager of this specific location or the particular franchisee just trying to save money by "being cheap". I'm going to turn my findings over to Arby's corporate office because this is an issue of ripping customers off, especially when the average prices for the meals at Arby's are higher than other surrounding fast food restaurants.

This is one of the best fast food places to visit. Sure, it's Arby's, but the staff is always super friendly every time I come here! I usually stop here on the weekends and I've never had a bad experience! Kudos to the staff here!
Service was great, the food not as much. The curly fries were on point.The beef n cheddars were not. Bottom buns were a bit hard/stale and the top bun is mushy/soggy. We did not finish the sandwiches. Perfect about of Arby's sauce packets and napkins.

Messed up order once. Went back so they could fix it, and come home to realize it's still messed up. My poor mothers on her deathbed and wanted a roast beef sandwich and we did not get that. Now we have to drive back and buy another one. As a fast food worker if you can't read and make an order right, you clearly will not go anywhere in life. As someone who has worked in fast food before, it takes half a brain to prepare the food that you guys serve. But hey if everyone was smart I would never look so good. Never ordering again.

Awful experience here today because my food was cold. All of it. The fries, crispy chicken sandwich, and slider.Really unappetizing biting into a tough, room temp chicken sandwich with no crunch. Makes me worry about food safety.Reminded me why I avoided this location.
