They get the order wrong every time. Their customer service is dismissive and rude. We went back to ask for one of our missing items (salsa). The employee said we ran out, but did not mention that when we went through chipotlane and she handed us the pick up order. We asked for a different salsa and the manager told us "no we don't do that here."

My family of 4 ordered take out from the drive thru. They messed up everyone’s order put ingredients that were supposed to be in my burrito in by my step kids bowl and my step daughter didn’t get half of the ingredients she was supposed to have in hers tacos. The portion sizes were much smaller than the standard that chipotle normally makes. It didn't seem busy when we pulled thru. Very disappointed with every thing considering we paid almost $50 for dinner.

Just had a Chipolte cheese quesadilla for dinner tonight. So totally disappointed. Have ordered this before and don't remember it being quite so bad.First, no cheese, whatsoever. There was a tiny bit of (what I think was) cheese, (hard), adhered to the container, but nothing in the quesadilla itself. Kinda thought, based on cheese quesadillas from other restaurants/fast food, that when I order a cheese quesadilla, there will actually be cheese included. Also, only 2 pieces of quesadilla (normally get 4-6 from other restaurants).What I got was a multi-layer (because of folding) tortilla, nothing else.Based on what I ordered, it was also supposed to include pico de gaio, crema, and guacamole, but instead of guacamole, I got what looked like pompano peppers.

Usually when I come here it's mid beyond belief because they barely fill my burrito but today that changed. The little younger dude with the mustache that was there around 5 pm today made the best chipotle burrito I have ever had. He loaded it well and evenly distributed everything. I was a little scared when he started to roll it but it came out perfect. I'm being dramatic but like I'm being so for real when I say this is the best chipotle burrito I have had. Please give that guy a raise

Do yourself a favor and find a different location. The cleanliness of the store is terrible along with the prep station that they make your food. Steak was terrible, every other bite was fat and had to spit out. Absolutely terrible!!

Really I have multiple issues with this restaurant. 1) they don't know how to roll a burrito 2) when they attempt to roll a burrito it doesn't fit in that little piece of tinfoil they use to wrap it... Not good 3) ever watch their employees switch out the meats or beans. I've been at this restaurant and watches them lift the empty container from the warming table, drip warming table water on the food as they bring it over it, place the new food in empty spot and then scoop from the meat they just dropped table water on into the next bowl in line and keep on moving... No thank you!!Get your act together, chipotle seriously! Bring back Baja fresh to Illinois!!

The store does not even have a working phone number!! The GM apparently knows about this and can’t figure it outPer the manager. Google this location and see for yourself. So I ordered off the app and the app generated an incorrect pick up time. If I had the stores number I could have called then to say hey I won’t need this for another 1// hour. The chat bot couldn’t help out and now I know why they could not give me the phone number. So cheers for me paying for and eating cold food

Definitely a cleaner Chipotle then the one down the street in South Elgin. They give you plenty of meat. The workers are friendly and polite. Good spot!

Better Chipotle than others around. ALWAYS ORDER IN PERSON. It’s always clean, the staff are attentive and accommodating, plenty of parking, fresh food, and otherwise a great experience each time. Steer clear of the South Elgin location, this one is the opposite to the way the South Elgin location is ran. And I have had a better experience here than even the eastern St. Charles location too.

The food was great. I want to recognize the manager or lead on duty. He worked so well with the team, as well as getting on the line, making sure things are getting filled. Also, taking the time to train / overlook the "newer" of the bunch. The bathroom was a bit messy, but all in all - this lead / manager deserves so much credit. I've worked in food service before and KNOW how hard it can be with a new crew to make sure everyone is doing what they need to! I want to recognize ROBERTO at the Saint Charles / Geneva location on 38 & Randall. He's an amazing lead. And I know one when I see one! Keep up the hard work, you're doing amazing!

Just wanted to take a minute to commend the young lady working tonight. I will admit I got there later than expected after the gym & she want nothing but polite and happy to help. She had the store absolutely immaculate, much cleaner than it usually is, and went above and beyond to give myself and the others stopping in great service, even at the last hours of operation. Those are the employees we all strive to have on a team. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
