Just did a remodel but remember putting lipstick on a pig..it's still a PIG!! The service is despicable...we will never return. Food places are a dime a dozen in the Saint Charles area. We will take our money where it's appreciated??.

Was handed two melted blizzards which one wasn’t even what we ordered - sent message to owner never got a response terrible I’ll go to Culver’s from now on no thanks you for the melted ice

Before this place was updated the food and service sucked. And now, after it's been updated, it still sucks. Cold food and management didn't care about the fact he wasted my time and money.At least he gets paid to waste my time.Won't go back, which sucks because it's a convenient location to my house.

It's Dairy Queen. If you want cheap ice cream or inexpensive food, this is the place. You won't be disappointed. Everything here is priced to the quality and size of the portions. It's not great. But it's not bad.

Ok, so I wouldn’t be writing a review like this if this only happened to me once.But this has happened at least 6 times to me now going to this DQ location and I’m sick paying for basically a cup of vanilla ice cream…I’ve ordered a blizzard here on multiple occasions and I’ve even asked and paid more for extra ingredientsBut it doesn’t matter they barely add anything to the blizzardI’ve gotten the turtle pecan blizzard, the m&m blizzards, the butterfinger etc. and paid for extra m&ms extra pecansWhich makes my small blizzard basically cost $10 and stilll barely any ingredients are added and I’m so sick of it.If you have the time I’d just drive to the Geneva or Batavia locations instead because they do a way better job at giving you your moneys worth :(
