Burnt hashbrowns served so Asked for replacement. She Replaced with very rude tone after saying that these are not burnt and they come like that. The replaced ones are better. Hope she learns how to do her job and how to talk to customers.

Really wanted to love it. Ordered half a dozen donuts, caramel frappe and a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich but they got my order wrong and gave me a egg and bacon sandwich instead that tasted like burnt plastic! I loved the donuts and frappe but sandwich had to be thrown away unfortunately.

Kwan was amazing at the window! I don’t remember what time I was there, but it was definitely in the evening and I had, had a stressful day and he just made my mood so much better! His attitude and customer service was FANTASTIC
