We've eaten here a numerous times and have had anything from appetizers, salads, pizzas and/or drinks without any issues! All has been good! No complaints to any of their food! Our server Ilona has been our server for years-very nice person! When in area stop in!

My lady and I arrived here at around 8:15 on a Saturday evening. This would be our first experience at this restaurant with many recommendations throughout the day from many different people. The establishment itself was very warm and vintage. With how many recommendations we got, I was surprised to see patrons at only 3 or 4 other tables. With that being said, it took about 12 to 13 minutes to be greeted by our waitress after being seated. We ordered the mozzarella triangles and a small pan pizza. The staff did allow us to split toppings half and half, which was nice. The mozzarella triangles came out pretty quick. Overall, they were good. I just wish they were hot, not just warm. The pizza itself takes a while, but to be fair, the menu states it does take the cook time a while for the proper cook. The pizza was good, and the ingredients were fresh and plenty. Overall, this was a good visit.

My wife and I love giordanos, and it's been our little valentines day spot since we first started dating. The food always tastes delicious. Last night we show up 15 minutes after we call ahead to put in an order for our deep dish pizza, and almost immediately after we are seated, our pizza shows up. And it's luke warm. I get it, they are probably just trying to stay ahead of the game and crank out a bunch of pizzas but c'mon.This location always seems to only ever have 2 older women serving while 4 or 5 younger teens/college aged kids are working the front and cleaning the tables - which I'm sure it works most of the time. But on a busy night like last night, or even when there is a party (we hosted our rehearsal dinner at this location) they can't seem to keep up. They get flustered easily and things get forgotten. We witnessed at 1 point someone get impatient waiting for his drinks and he just went and refilled his drink by himself. As much as we love giordanos and this is our closest location, we will be going to a different one from now on.

Ordered a pizza and salad for delivery at 6pm. Called at 6:45 to see where our order was. 1st person who answered the phone never came back to give us an update. Someone else picked up and asked if we had been helped. That person told us the pizza just came out of the oven and the kitchen was very busy was the explanation. Said the order would be there in 10-15 minutes. Order didn't arrive until 7:20.Luckily the pizza was hot despite being over 1+ hours late. Clearly the management team there is lacking. Order was placed around 2pm for 6pm delivery.

I used to love this place until I felt discriminated against by LGBT haters. Me and 2 trans friends were rudely stared at, and the waitress wouldn't even collect our payment when it was time to leave.
I didn't dine in this time, preordered for 12:00 noon. At 11:59 they were here. Perfect! I ordered an extra large double cheese, double sausage, mushroom, artichoke and banana peppers pizza and calamari. The pizza was the perfect temperature, the crust was crispy, the toppings were extremely generous. The calamari/artichokes were the best I've had since eating in the beach in Cali. 10 out of 10!

Staff was very nice, our waitress was wonderful and a very hard worker! The Pizza was good, but I wasn't overly impressed by the crust on the deep dish, but it could have just been me.

Horrible experience. I made a reservation for 10, but showed up and they didn’t have it. Luckily it wasn’t busy so they seated us. Took a long time for someone to greet us and ask for drink order. Ordered our pizzas and they came out Luke warm, and 1 was supposed to be gluten free and it wasn’t. Took forever to get the correct pizza, finally arrived when we were ready to leave. We never were asked to refill our drinks. SO disappointed.
