What’s the story with the heat! Today 1/15/24. I planed to eat in but it was almost as cold inside as outside. I was forced to eat in my running car with the heat on like a ghetto rat. Even worse you had servers working in that cold all day? I should call the state labor policy & standards! Other than that I was generally happy with the food and service.

Came in for lunch today. All four sandwiches were made correctly and were super tasty! I want to mention, the lunch crew today (and they've been around because I've seen them all before) are the nicest people. Super patient and friendly as my 3 kids insist on ordering their own stuff (as long as there is no line) and just flat out nice. We love this location!

Ive been coming here for years and I can say with full confidence that this is the best chain sandwich shop in STC. Jersey Mikes is a giant step above their closest competition (Jimmy Johns) in terms of food quality and this location has always been a step above in terms of service to its customers. In the years Ive been coming here, I can honestly say every experience I have had has been great. Never a bad one. The staff are always super friendly and great to talk to. They always make your sandwich just the way you like it. Never stingy with the portions. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Thank you to the owners for years of consistent great service. While other sandwich chains have taken a steep dive in quality in recent years (subway and the whole quiznos fiasco come to mind first), Jersey Mikes always continues to lead the way and be an example of what a premium sandwich chain should be. Thanks for being an asset to our local community. Highly recommend!

Jersey Mike's Subs was our next stop, as we eat our way down Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. The atmosphere was great inside, friendly, cheerful with smiling workers behind the counter, moving quickly to accommodate the patrons waiting to order. It was surprising to see, unlike other fast food sub shops, they actually had a deli case stocked with meat and cheeses for the customers to observe. The dining area was well-maintained and clean. We we ordered a plant base Cheesesteak made with a Portobello Mushroom on Parmesan Cheese Bread, two Club Subs- one on Italian Bread and the other on Parmesan Cheese Bread, and a Roast Beef and Provolone Sub with hot sauce and peppers added. The Meats, Cheeses, and Breads tasted fresh and delicious. The Portabella Cheesesteak needed some additional seasoning or peppers, it was a little bland. If I were to order it again, I would definitely dress it up. Overall, a great place to stop in for a sub sandwich.

The service was terrible. The young lady in the eyeglasses was upset we showed up. I asked for everything on my sandwich and she said she will only do it mikes way, if I want everything I will have to say one by one what I would like on my sandwich. She made the sandwich so carelessly, again upset that we showed up at 4pm on a Friday. This also threw off my plans because after my wife and I were going to dine inside, I had a an order for 60 giant sandwiches for the local robotics club that I sponsor on Saturday, September 2nd 2023. Sadly, because of the young lady's attitude, I am forced to go a different option which will now impede on my plans this evening. If this St Charles location doesn't need $1,000 order, I'll be glad to give it to another place who appreciates business. The gentleman in with the mustache was very polite when he rang us up at the register. STC location, this is not mikes way!

JM is the best fast food sandwich chain, for my money. As for this location, it’s great. Been coming here for years as I work nearby. Clean store, friendly staff, food is consistently good quality. One time they made my sandwich incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I sat down. Before I even got back up to the counter, an employee was jumping on making me a new sandwich as a free replacement. The manager even gave me a coupon for a free one, for the hassle. Absolutely above and beyond. I hope the staff is paid fairly here, because their service and quality is what keeps me coming back.
