you have to feel bad for the employees. only 2 in the entire store, manning the dining room and the drive thru. they put priority on the drive true so dining room was slow. took over 10 mins for 5 scoops of ice cream.found a HAIR in our food. neither of the employees where wearing a hair net. the floor was dirty, tables had melted ice cream on it, napkins everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: one of the ramps (the one by the handicap parking) is broken. getting a wheelchair over it would be very hard.

I have been to this Oberweis a few times, and the quality never disappoints - the ice cream is fresh and delicious, the variety is great, the seating is comfortable, and you can even buy an ice cream pie or cake to take home! Only downside, is that some items may be a tad too expensive, but other than that, I have no complaints. Overall, it's the quality that I would expect, when looking for a good ice cream place.

Both items I ordered tasted like trash! Never to return. Oh and the awning in the drive up window catches all the rain and soaks your car. Two thumbs down!
