Most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. Will not return ever. People brag about how good this place is and for my 2 kids and me my wife and my father was 100$ got a bowl and the meat was so dry I couldn’t chew it the rice was hard and my wife got a salad and they put beans and salsa in it and wasn’t notified and the waiter was very useless as plates and cups pulled up on our table. I also got some soup literally had no flavor and just tasted like water. Wish I could get my 100$ back but that won’t happen. This place has a lot of work to do.

Well it makes you give them 1 star. I frequent the OTB in Naperville and it is 1000X better than this place. It is so much wrong I can't even start. Drinks Wrong. Drinks took forever (17+ mins) I kept track. Wrong food item. No one bussing our table of 6 so we just piled trash and empty glassware on a side table. They tried to give us another tables food. I wish I could walk out without paying. I will not though. It seriously the worst casual dining expierence I have had in 5-6 years. If you have the chance to go ANYWHERE ELSE. Please Pleass Go There. Hell Phesant Run is Closed and I should have gone there.......

On the Border St Charles has a good atmosphere. Our bar tender Hannah was great. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and makes a killer margarita. The food is ok, it's your typical American Mexican food, but it's definitely worth stopping in for some drinks.

Overall very satisfied. Our waiter was very nice. He messed up my boyfriends entree, the manager on floor had brought the food to our table. We told him it was fine but he proceeded to comp what what my boyfriend had been served and ate and also made the burrito my boyfriend HAD ordered as well as chips put it in a bag to go. AND comped that as well! The waiter was very apologetic. Mistakes happen we are all human but they more than made up for the mistake which was very much appreciated. Will definitely go back again.

Love this place! The staff is very kind and friendly- especially Ariana! :). I come here often and they know my favorite items. The queso is my top favorite. But there are many more! The Fajita Steak Salad with Avocado Ranch dressing...fab! I also enjoy the mini street tacos - yes I do tend to get the steak. I really like how they season the steak!
