Pho Ly in St. Charles is a standout Vietnamese restaurant known for its authentic and flavorful pho. The broth is rich and aromatic, simmered for hours to achieve the perfect balance of spices and flavors. In addition to their signature pho, the menu offers a variety of other traditional Vietnamese dishes, including spring rolls, bánh mì, and vermicelli bowls, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere at Pho Ly is cozy and inviting, with decor that reflects the cultural heritage of Vietnam. The staff are attentive and eager to recommend dishes based on your preferences, contributing to a personalized dining experience.Kid-friendliness: Pho Ly is also notably kid-friendly, making it a great choice for family dining. The restaurant provides a relaxed environment where children are welcome, and the menu includes several mild options suited for younger palates. High chairs and a welcoming attitude towards families ensure that everyone, from the youngest diners to adults, can enjoy their meal in comfort.

After a few miller lites we were planning to go to Dairy Queen with friends but saw this place. Menu and food looked amazing with all the different flavors of Vietnam. The helpful waiter ensured we stayed away from any choices with too much taste.

Authentic pho and a huge selection of other dishes..a bit of a wait for food but it was a busy night and it is well worth your time. Very pleasant wait staff who could describe dishes and were patient with my indecision. Will definitely be back as there are more dishes I want to try! We had an appetizer, coconut milk tea, pho, and the pork roll. Everything was superb.Parking: Free parking lots around the corner (South and East), a parking garage, as well as street parking available within a few blocks.

Best Vermicelli & pho in town. The food is very authentic and delicious. Love their vermicelli with grilled pork, comes with spring roll in the bowl too, very fresh and appetizing. High recommended!

THE REVIEWS ARE MISLEADING STAY AWAY!If you want to go to an absolute horror story of a “restaurant” this is the place to go I ordered pho and after the waitress trying to convince me to get a different kind that I could not eat she insisted none the less I stayed open minded and waited for my food the place was absolutely empty and while I was waiting for my food an employee was getting fired begging to keep his job at the table next to us also very profane language and not very appropriate conversation was taking placeFINALLY THE FOOD CAMEAfter what felt like forever our “food” arrived and the best way to describe it was someone grabbed a clump of noodles that were all stuck together for who knows how long the steak was like if someone threw a napkin into water and had no flavor very chewy and crunchy at the same time I left this place sick to my stomach I will definitely never ever under any circumstances come back here I’d rather starveBONUSCreepy staff and if you love getting stared at come on by!!!!!!!!

Had lunch here (Pho Tai & egg rolls) - this is the best Pho I've had in Illinois and I'll definitely be coming back. The Large Pho Tai I had was HUGE and very tasty. The bean sprouts, basil, & peppers were fresh and tasty, but the broth was what really stood out. Loved it all - highly recommended!

From a firsthand recommendation and their great reviews, we decided to try the authentic Vietnamese chow at Pho Ly on 64 in St Charles. Parking is on municipal lot(s) near the restaurant. They’ve been open just over a year. The atmosphere is casual. The service is outstanding. The bar is beer & wine. We had “Spicy Lemongrass Chicken”, a rice/ vermicelli bowl and their crab rangoon for an appetizer. The chicken was definitely spiced up with nice chilis. The food was legitimate, delicious and relatively inexpensive. We’ll certainly be back!Parking: Municipal lots around

Best pho I've had (rare steak #18) and I've had the pleasure of enjoying it in Hawaii and California, so I'm quite surprised! The steak was much more tender and enjoyable that what I've experienced in the past. The accompanying bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, and lime we're all very fresh. It's absolutely incredible if you take it home and let it sit in the fridge overnight, it really lets all the flavor come out.The prices are absolutely incredible, staff was friendly (despite us showing up 45 minutes before close), and it was all very clean and tidy.I will be back to try some other menu items to see how things measure up.

Service was horrible. Waiter gives attitude to customers. The dude acted like he didn't even want to be there. I gave the place two chances and this dude still wants to be rude. Never coming back.
