We always order from Potbelly’s, but today we catered some sandwiches for my son’s birthday party. Everything was great as always! The staff was very friendly and even called me to make sure everything was to our liking! Thank you, Potbelly’s!!

We had an enjoyable dinner at Potbelly Sandwich Works on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. We were surprised how empty the restaurant was at 5 o'clock on this Sunday, there were only two other patrons and Potbelly's appeared to be fully staffed and ready to serve. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The menu had a good variety of options, although we noticed there were no vegan options. We enjoyed a skinny Veggie Melt Sandwich, the Powerhouse Salad, and the Chicken Salad Salad. The food was very delicious and served at the appropriate temperature. The price was definitely right for the amount of food served. The restaurant was meticulously clean and nicely decorated with some locally themed Saint Charles decor. We enjoyed sitting outdoors on the patio while we dined. When we are hungry for a quick sandwich, or a salad, we will definitely return here.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a soup. Parked and realized that my chicken salad sandwich only had lettuce and cheese...No chicken salad... HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? after pulling back around and waiting in line again, I get a new sandwich and park only to find they didn't give me a spoon...

I only got soup this time which was so delicious the potato soup was amazing. I did go through the drive-thru so I'm not sure what the atmosphere really was. The guy at the drive-thru was very kind and helpful. I went there on Thursday January 26th. Whoever that gentleman was needs to be commended.

This is second potbelly for me. The staff was confused and so was I. Hard to find signs with information and staff didn't know. I didn't want to stay. I was treated as if I was expecting to stay. I gather most people don't do take out. Had a salad and it was fine.
