I’m in town from Atlanta visiting for work and came here for my daily cuppa and a chill spot to type up some emails. Or so atleast I tried. My latte was perfect, but the only thing I could hear was the manager yelling at the staff (who were so clearly doing a great job) constantly telling them to pick up the pace. I was losing my mind hearing it again and again so instead of finishing my work and getting an extra latte to go, I just left. Discovered Dear Donuts because of it so that was awesome and I highly recommend that place!

Love this Starbucks and their wonderful workers. Most know me by name and my kids. Some workers have my name and order memorized, and some have soon interest in my kids birthdays when they come around. Love coming visit weekly.Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian I was thrilled to find stuff I can eat here. And it’s not just a simple grilled cheese, but there’s actually good filling food and it’s my favorite place to go for this kind of food.
I had a very rude interaction with one of the employeesI simply asked if I had enough rewards for a free drink (I’m a gold card member)And the girl said “no” very rudely and then said “here” as she handed me my drink.No smile, no have a nice day, nothingJust a no, and a hereI’ve worked in customer service my whole lifeAnd even on my worst day I’ve been that short and rude with a customerKinda rubs a person the wrong way:/

It's a Starbucks, but the folks behind the counter make it extra nice. It's that easy kind of customer care, where it feels genuine and natural. Today's drink was ready in second, despite ordering at the counter (instead of on the app). Smiles and happiness all around.
