another unhappy customer. we got a large order online and almost every single sandwich was messed up. i got a buffalo chicken with light sauce and that sauce was spilling out from the packet when i opened it. i've never seen such an ungodly amount of sauce on a sandwich. they poured our half the sauce bottle looked at it overflowing on the sandwich then they smushed it back on. horrible experience horrible sandwiches. another sandwich a cold cut combo with mustard on it and it was squirting out there was so much on it. was also $50 order and it was all very bad.

We had a good dining experience at Subway on East Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. The service was fast and friendly. The dining area was very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a 6 inch Tuna Salad with vegetables on Italian Cheese Herb Bread, a Tuna Salad Wrap, and the MexiCali on Italian Bread. The MexiCali sandwich was described as having avocado slices, we were disappointed to see that they used avocado pulp instead. All of our sandwiches tasted fresh and were very delicious.Overall a good dining experience.

During my recent visit, I decided to order a 12-inch tuna sandwich with high hopes for a satisfying meal. Prior to placing my order, I made it a point to inquire about the freshness of the tuna, hoping to ensure its recent preparation. However, upon receiving the sandwich, it quickly became apparent that the fish was far from fresh and carried a distinct spoiled taste that was hard to ignore. Naturally dissatisfied with the quality of my meal, I approached the counter in a polite manner, kindly requesting an alternative sandwich option. To my surprise, I was met with a disappointing response: neither a refund nor a different sandwich could be provided. The only recourse offered was a replacement of my spoiled tuna sandwich with another subpar one. To compound my disappointment, even the Sprite I ordered failed to meet expectations, as it lacked any sweetener and simply resembled plain soda water. Frustrated by the entire experience, I left the uneaten foot-long tuna sandwich and the unsatisfying carbonated water on the counter. Sadly, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking fresh and enjoyable food. The lack of concern displayed by the staff was disheartening, and I strongly believe that a thorough inspection is necessary to prevent potential illnesses among future patrons.

Ordered a foot long tuna. Light on the tuna and veggies. Then- checked my receipt- they auto added a tip! Are you kidding me?! 1.76 on a 10.00 sub. What a joke- never again!

This Subway made me a cold cut combo sandwich and after 3 bites I became nauseous. The meat texture and taste seemed a little off and when I opened and examined the meat parts were grey in color. Needless to say I will never return to this Subway location. The Sandwich maker had to be aware he was preparing me a sandwich with grey bacteria tainted meat?
Walked in ordered they then told me they didn't take coupons after food was made. Waste of time and what location doesn't take coupons. Should post this on the door.

This place is trash. We went there recently and ordered a sandwich. When I asked the server to add more cheese because he only gave us 2 slices he said it will cost extra and he didn’t even gave us enough meet but when I asked for lettuce he filled my sandwich with a lot of lettuce and onions but not meet it tasted so dry. Please don’t come to this place they don’t give you enough portions when you ask for more they reply no,such rude servers too. Do not come to this subway location. Save your money and go somewhere else
