I order here, a lot. Probably more than twice a month. Mostly delivery. I have been given some dishes from time to time that weren't 10/10 but gotten over it. On 3/30 I had a steak teriyaki bowl that was delivered. The meat in it was truly one huge piece of gristle cut up into chunks. Nothing like anything i've ever had there before. It was disgusting and inedible. When I called the location a completely clueless employee just kept ignoring what I was saying until she said she can't help me?? I immediately disconnected and contacted the e-mail for customer service as well as my bank. Waiting for a resolution but don't have my hopes up.

so excited to try this based on reviews.finally went and really not seeing what everyone thinks is so great about this place.chicken was dry, not very flavorful.they say you can build your own bowl but i wanted orange chicken with noodles and they said they cannot do that.definitely overpriced for the quality and portion size.if you are interested in actual teryaki chicken that tastes amazing, go to one of the joy yees around chicagoland.

My husband and I split a large bowl which came with two proteins and was plentiful . We ordered the Spicy Chicken breast and the Teriyaki Chicken and had them over vegetables.. the Chicken breast was not spicy enough for me but the teriyaki was very flavorful. The vegetables available were broccoli and cabbage and We enjoyed their fresh taste. I ordered an egg roll but it was nothing special.We tried the hot sauce but did not care for the flavor. I will just have to bring my own hot sauce .

I've seen this place so many times but never tried it so I thought I might as well. I got the chicken breast bowl spicy and was very pleased. The chicken was seasoned great, it came with white rice and veggies. I will be back to try the other items !

I had this food delivered. The grilled chicken has a grilled flavor which was nice. A touch of smokiness. The bowl is huge. Both were, I ordered teriyaki chicken and spicy orange chicken and there was enough food for four people. The spicy orange chicken actually has a little bit of a kick which is more than I can usually say.

Uniquely horrible. I'm usually easily pleased with a protein and rice dish, but this was some of the worst food I've eaten in the entire area. The salad had zero fresh greens or vegetables - it appeared to be old salad /slaw shavings. The chicken didn't taste like edible meat. If it was actually chicken at all, it was the lowest possible quality and very difficult to eat. Sauces all tasted odd, and I just don't understand how rice and chicken could taste so unappealing. It seems many corners were cut here, and the entire sitting area was sticky and full of empty condiment containers. I would not recommend - the price is not less expensive to reflect the super low quality.
Too sweet. The chicken was ok. Didn't see on the menu the upgrade charge for fried rice which was soaked in teriyaki sauce. At least I didn't have to get broccoli with the veggies. Still trying to get the taste out of mouth.

My salmon was so overcooked that by the time it got to me, it was a lump of coal! They also decided to get the food for the people who ordered after us first! We ended up waiting for 45 mins. You guys could've at least apologized or something.
