Very cool place with amazing staff and a great selection of liquor. Awesome selection of bourbon along with friendly staff. The atmosphere is top notch. Such a cool place to hang out and relax after a long week. I recommend checking them out. Street parking and a parking lot just down the street available.

We stopped in at The Lewis Bar on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois for drinks. We loved the atmosphere of this quaint little establishment, with photos on the walls of stars from the 1970's, great conversation starters. The service was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a French 76 Martini, two glasses of Cabernet, , and a glass of Chardonnay. The drinks were delicious. A great place to stop in for a drink. We will definitely return.

First time visiting The Lewis. My partner and I came here on a Thursday to have a couple cocktails before our dinner reservation. Glad we found this little gem. We arrived during their happy hour and all classic cocktails were $10. What a steal! The cocktails were great and well balanced. In retrospect, I should have ordered my old fashioned smoked as well. I really enjoyed the smoky aroma I got from the Manhattan. The ambiance was also perfect. It wasn't super noisy or packed or anything. The moment you walk through the door, it's like a time capsule that takes you back in time to the 70s. Everything from the decor to lighting and music played a role in that vibe. Trust me, you'll love it. The only thing that was missing for us is that they didn't have any snacks available (we wanted to snack a tiny bit before our dinner reservation because we only had a light breakfast up to that point). However, the staff were nice enough to let us know we could bring food from their next door neighbor, Riverside, which we did. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would highly recommend it. It's perfect for catching up with friends and/or date night. Music wasn't loud so it's easy to talk without losing your voice the next day. We will definitely be back!

Rented the Solarium and Lounge for a surprise party. Dan was easy to work with and helped make the whole process very smooth. During the event Riley (hope I'm spelling that right) was our server and was phenomenal ensuring all guests were taken care of. The drinks were all well mixed and the menu had enough depth to satisfy everyone. I would highly recommend The Lewis to anyone for events or just a couple cocktails.

I had my wedding at The Lewis in August (I know, I've been feeling guilty about not writing this sooner!) and it was absolutely EVERYTHING I imagined and more for our wedding. Dan the owner and his staff from day one was super attentive, very professional, and all-around cool people. They went above and beyond to create such a special time for us and our loved ones.The Lewis's atmosphere and vibe is like none other, but if I had to compare...it's like the new "Cheers" of Saint Charles...sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name...and they're always glad you came...I digress.If you haven't visited The Lewis, then you're missing out. And if you're looking for a small intimate gathering to host a special occasion, that does it all, this is your place!Thank you, Dan!
