I honestly do not like writing bad reviews. We have been to whalburgers before, and we had a great experience, but this time the experience was not so great. The service was disappointing, the tots were room temperature, and the salad was bland. Additionaly, The atmosphere was kind of negative, I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but the staff were just not very friendly.

Amazing food our waiter was wonderful he took great care of us and the decorations are super cool to see while enjoying your food. Highly recommend the fried pickles they are the best I’ve ever had. Burgers are juicy and tasty. Good pricing as well. Thank you for the wonderful food and service!

Food was great service was good but slow tone of empty seats and still waited 20 mi s to be seated. I think they were just short staffed. But I will be going back.

I finally got to visit and eat at Wahlburgers! I had a hamburger with a side of onion strings, and my friend had a chicken sandwich with fries. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly! The restaurant was immaculate!The restaurant is cute. It has NKOTB memorabilia, as well as TV and movie memorabilia that Donny, Mark, Paul, and Jenny were in. There are also photo op areas - cardboard cutouts of Mark and Donny - you stand in the middle of them dressed like chef Paul. There is also a giant tater-tot container that you can stand in for a photo. The restaurant employees are very upbeat and happy, which makes for a great experience.I used to watch the reality shows "Donny Loves Jenny," as well as "Wahlburgers." I loved watching them. An employee said Jenny was at that location 2 weeks ago. It would have been neat to meet her, but I was happy I finally got to eat at one. It's over an hour from where I live, but well worth the trip.Oh, and the prices are very reasonable!

The food is really pretty good, & my 43 year old daughter was amazingly happy too see all the memorabilia,she was snapping pictures everywhere !!Parking: Pull in by the meyer!

We thought this was a nice place. Food was really good but the prices were just too high. 5 people who just got burgers and fries (no drinks) plus tip=$80+. Great atmosphere and glad we tried it.
