Guacanachos had a decent flavor to them.... but for ten chips to be charged over 10 dollars isnot worth the money at all.The flautas were not very good. They were priced at over 5 each and very dry, even the sour cream couldn't help it.The beef enchiladas were decent, my daughter enjoyed them.The potato and cheese enchiladas my wife had were good as well... nothing to brag about.The beans and rice stole the show they were both great on their own and mixed together.Maybe I just came on an off day?The lack of atmosphere and interaction from the service crew seals the deal for me though.Back of the house could be heard from the dining area sounded like they were good friends and that's where the action was at!I don't think I'll be spending money here again.Parking: Right out front

Kelly's is consistently the best restaurant! Everything they serve is absolutely delicious. Fajita tacos, chicken enchiladas, chicken burrito, shrimp nachos, potato soup-the list goes on and on. Everything on their menu is high quality, fresh, and mouth watering. Kelly's is #1 for our family and has been for decades!

We love Kelly's. One night we drank about six Moscow mules, a piece. My wife, who is very conservative in her social actions was doing donuts on the way home; They just kept pouring for us. They didn't care how much we drank as long as I got a big tip.
