Usually they are sooo kind and understanding. Except they have this one employee who whenever I am there practically screams at me! I had this coupon today on my email that said buy one get one free and she yelled at me and accused me of using it already! It is not my fault I get emails!!! I told her I had emails in the past where they offered me a 50% drink but this one was different. She just looked at me like I was the dumbest person ever! She was not willing to help me so I told her Nevermind and went to my car and cried because when someone raises their voice to me I tend to cry. Last time I was there she treated me so dumbly and tried to rush me and just said Yeah Yeah Yeah while I was ordering and even got the order wrong! I highly recommend firing this person at Sterling Il.Starbuck.

I've ordered here several times and every time it's wrong. Ordered a white chocolate mocha and they had to of forgotten the espresso because it tasted like a hot chocolate even after I stirred it up. Today I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and again, no coffee taste. It was weak and watered down. Not sure how Dixon can get it right every time but I will definitely pass the Sterling location to go to Dixon from now on. For how much I spend for a drink, they should make it correctly.

Use the drive thru. Cafe is fly invested. Staff is inexperienced and rude to third party delivery drivers and can’t seem to handle customers who place their order inside with any kind of precedence. They do not place delivery orders in the mobile pick up zone, delay communication with delivery drivers, and blame the delivery driver. Delivery drivers cannot know if an order is ready if not placed in the pick up area or not communicated with timely. Management should consider hiring staff to take orders and handle customers and delivery drivers personally. Staff seem over whelmed in the mornings.

I go here VERY often and the staff at the drive thru as well as the people inside are always so friendly. They always make drinks correctly and are willing to help out if you need drink suggestions or more. I reccomend going here. This is the best coffee shop in town. I've never had any bad interactions here.

I went in for a Cafe mocha, and the service was good. The staff was cheerful, (no one had blue hair, or was trying to pass off as a different gender. Breath of fresh air, but I digress) then, they had samples, which were really good. After coffee, we left, but I really enjoyed the experience.

Ordered light ice and got a cup full of ice. Also, was told by the drive up window girl that I am REQUIRED to hold the card reader. I am so looking forward to the opening of 5 Five Brew. I'm done with this Starbucks.
