Very bad service, if I could give 0 stars I would do it. On the weekend we went to eat with my family and it was a disappointment. It took us more than an hour to wait for the food and it was not what I expected. The dry meat was tasteless and cold. Finally, I They charged a lot, I was so upset, I will never return, first and last time I go to this restaurant

I’m always looking forward to trying new seafood spots and this one was another hit ? we ordered drinks, 4 empanadas, which were super cheesy and REALLY flavorful. Also ordered a shareable seafood platter! Spice level, 10/10 will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant!The food was delicious, the atmosphere is incredible. We went with my family during lunch time and the place was empty but the service was quality. The dishes are large in proportion to the price. The waitress was excellent. Super recommended.

I get that a few prople had previous complaints but my visit was awesome! Our server took our drink order and we received our food shortly after. The drinks were absolutely delicious and after super fun Karaoke was finished the dancing began. It was awesome. The night ended with a little slot machine play with a few more drinks on hand but it made the evening complete.Kid-friendliness: This is a family style restaurant but a great almost club type feeling to it after 9pm.

The food 10 out of 10, the service was terrible, the waitress took a 30 tip when I had to wait 20 minutes for some tongs for my crab legs and for them to clean the table ??the same and they charge the drinks higher than the price that is on the menu !

If there was a 0 for service that's what they would get. This location has had so many different named restaurant, last time I actually ate there was about 22 years ago. Figured, lemme give the benefit of the doubt, seeing it's Lent. We sat at a table (were told sit where you like), took them about 10-15 minutes to bring "the chips" (ceviche & tostadas) (mind you there were only about 6 other parties/tables), but no water. A party arrived at the table in back of us (still no water) then I see a male server (later found out he went by Nacho) taking their order, I flagged him (he came over) I politely told him..."we were here first". He then responsed rudely...."Well it doesn't matter who's order I take first, I'm putting them in at the same time and it depends on who's comes out first or if the order cold food or hot", I'm lime...ok. server did not come by to asked if everything was not and/or if we needed anything until we were done eating. Once I went to pay, Nacho was more polite, I'm assuming because he wanted his tip. I left NO TIP! Theu don't deserve it. Do not waste your time at this place, service is not good. My tip to them...have better service!
