I asked for a BBQ sauce at the drive thru and told that all the sauce selection are on the app. This isn’t the true or accurate because I’ve been eating from Arby’s for quite a while now. I then called later wanting to let the guy know that what he told isn’t accurate. He stated that he doesn’t have time for an opera dance when the conversation didn’t even lasted a minute. Then he hang up on me.Maybe customer service isn’t Arby’s forte and this guy needs a different career that fits his personal needs and interests since customer service isn’t his strong suit.

Not great. I tried the fish sandwich, and it was greasy. They forgot the Arby's sauce and horseradish. I wish we had checked that when they forgot my coke and we had to go back. Needless to say, I won't go back.

If I could give it 10 Stars I would excellent food you do not get sick it is immaculately clean the food is very well prepared you will not get sick it's a pleasant experience I recommend for a fast lunch or even a fast dinner if you have to make a business meeting or visiting friends or just whatever go through that drive-thru you will not regret it it's all good and the service is exceptional
