It seems the employees don't know how to use their own register when a customer buys the 2 for $5 deal. The employees were slow, clueless at the prices, argumentative with their own advertising.What does 2 for $5 mean? It says mix and match, any two. Why did they try to charge me $5.00 per sundae? How many customers are they doing this to? The one lady employee walked around the register to read their own marketing screen, as if it was foreign to them. I said two sundaes, the lady employee said you can't do that. Other customers spoke up on my behalf and tried to explain to the lady employee what that meant saying of course I could order that. The male employee had no clue what size the 2 for $5 included.Can dairy queen just hire people with basic common sense skills? I felt that this was a clear example of false advertisment, deception to the consumer.Additionally, they need to CLEARLY put prices up for their other items. I have a feeling this is done intentionally and I don't like it!!!It's good ice cream, but the level of employee incompetence is a red flag. WATCH every penny these people charge when ringing you up.Dairy Queen, please set your bar higher other than having a pulse to work there.I saw your response, owner. ANY two, means ANY two. Consider changing the diction to avoid ambiguity. Actually, think about it, what's it to them if I choose two sundaes? It's after all what my kids who were with me at the time wanted.Check out my receipt image below. NOTE, how the cashier had to ring it up! Technically, they didn't ring it up correctly, either!It's even more concerning to me and it should be to every consumer the way this business owner replied. Substandard customer service skills must be the norm for DAIRY QUEEN! Owner, why does it say ANY TWO (see image below)?I would definitely steer clear of these types of businesses. Imagine what they try to get away with on a daily basis with their consumers.Shame on Dairy Queen! They lost customers today from today's negative and unnecessary experience.Why not just apologize and listen to the multiple customers in line? Why not just be good to your customers? Is it that hard, Dairy Queen?I encourage you to read ALL the one star reviews to understand other people's experiences too. Clearly, there are problems!

Went in about a half hour after open, couldnt see the menu so I tried to get closer, wasnt even greeted but was told "can you not stand on the floor I just mopped." I persinally saw not wet floor sign where I was standing either, which was immeditely a turn around for me and makes no sense because I was standing near their cake coolers so if thats what I was there for would I not be allowed to grab them bc of the "mopped floor"??? Anyways I still needed to grab an item, when we asked a question we were answered with "okay let me explain you this..." The mans mannerisms were very attitude filled and as someone who works in costumer service were uncalled for. So I turned around and left without buying my second item.

Felt like it was very rude when i was told to not stand on the floor becuase it was mopped, sorry but your floors gonna get walked on no matter what, how can one look in ur freezers for cakes and stuff if i have to stand on the other side of ur store just to be on ur weather mats because you dont want your floors

I’m leaving a bad review because the man who was working on 1/12 7:56pm did not allow me to use the bathroom while I waited on an order. I have worked in hospitality and this is not the way to treat customers. I’ll never come back to this

This Dairy Queen has the best customer service! I forgot to order a cake for a family birthday, and nor only did the manager prepare a cake for me right away, he also delivered it to my house! This man went so far out of his way for me!!! Amazing!!!

Some staff won't even notice your there. I walked in and said "hello"... got no response, said ok " let's try that again... hello?" The response I got was be there in a minute... very rude!!!
