If I can give this place a ZERO I would. Today is 01/28/2024 - it is 5:51PM. I do not know WHO WORKED THE SHIFT TODAY but I would like to express the extreme disappointment experience tonight. No fresh and hot coffee at evening time. Every time I get a coffee before my night shift coffee is cold and tasteless. Seems like they keep warming old coffee instead making fresh one.

My husband’s had issues with this particular dunkin in the past. This recent visit was the tip of the iceberg. He ordered a hot coffee with mocha in it (quantity 4) and there was barely any mocha in it. We’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches toasted before and they seem to come out lukewarm. Seems like they don’t make anything to the dunkin standard.
