Jimmy John's has never disappointed me in general. However this particular location is spectacular. The staff is always warm and friendly and always treats us with genuine kindness. Even if we are feeling lazy, we always opt to order take out rather than delivery because no matter who we interact with, we always feel wonderful after visiting them. I love the service at this location. They are always so welcoming and kind.There’s been a few times Jersey Mikes turns us away 30 mins prior to closing but Jimmy Johns will welcome us with a smile even if it’s 5 mins to closing. Today, was one of those days- after being turned away from Jersey Mike’s at 8:30, I called jimmy John’s to place my order and Earl was so kind and welcoming. I got there at 8:50 and was received with a smile. Foods always good.

Amazing service. They made a wrong a right freaky fast! My hat goes off to them. Great food, amazing service, and they went above and beyond to deliver me the best jimmies cubano I’ve ever had. Thank you to the team and delivery driver. Made my day! Just a simple mistake was fixed in less than 10mins. Very friendly and got me my bacon. Lol. Thank you to the staff! Great job!
