Customer service sucks, waiting at the counter for a while before someone took my order. Food is good even though they didn't put any falafel in the combination plate.

It has a vibe of mom and pop restaurant. Service is good but the restaurant can use a bit of face-lift inside. Food tastes good but like the other reviews, some care needs to taken. When we went there were few other guests who seemed to enjoy the food. Our server made sure we got good service.

Such a nice and welcoming place. I've been here twice and the first time I tried their bowls and the second time I tried their wings. Both times the food was made in a timely manner and quality is amazing! I have a location closer to me but this location sells the wings which is really good! I would definitely come back to eat! They also had such a friendly and welcoming attitude both times I've been here which is nice!

Great place. The kabobs (both the chicken and beef) were freshly made and juicy. They were quite flexible and let me substitute the rice for humus. Would recommend.

The Pita BBQ in elgin is superb, I highly recommend this Pita BBQ restaurant. The food was not only amazing and delicious but the prices were extremely reasonable and the service was fantastic. We all enjoyed the delicious food last Sunday.
