Ordered a team meal from this Portillos for my job. It was a slow hour around 1PM. They had about 10 employees there today. And I had a 4 people order.The cheeseburger had NO cheese.The cheeseburger w extra giardinara and hot peppers had NONE. which I paid extra for.the cheeseburger NO pickle HAD pickles.And I ordered a JUMBO cheese and they did not give me it. Which is already $6 .I asked for ketchup and there was none in the bags.One of the workers told the other if they checked everything was in there. And they said yes and double checked.I called to say everything we were missing and they said they will email us a gift card and they never sent us anything.

While I always enjoy my visits to Portillo's, I couldn't help but notice that the Streamwood location seems to be missing a certain charm. Perhaps a bit of updating or sprucing up the decor could enhance the atmosphere. Additionally, I've noticed that compared to other stores, it's not as neat and organized. Just a few small improvements could really elevate the experience.

Went thru drive through. Ordered a salad a beef a fish sandwich and a fries .Got home no beef and no fries. This location makes a mistake 25% of the time at the drive thru. Always in their favor.Hmm
I wish their quality stays the same... this was a disappointment unfortunately.

It's very retro looking inside with old school booths and tables. Love that atmosphere please don't change anything.Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely not going to sit at this place and it's very acceptable to see them running about. Be mindful of them and they should respect others.
