Could not ring up from my app did not understand what low ice meant and took almost 25 minutes for 3 drinks. Quality was not worth the price

Used to have very friendly service...i've met the manager before and she fixed my drink for free over a mistake I made! However it seems recently the standards for starbucks baristas has fallen. The newer employees are no where near as friendly and this morning a woman with short pink hair took my order and then proceeded to yell at me when I was too far from the window. As a new driver I apologized and did my best to reach out the window while she stood there barely having her arm out watching me struggle. I didn't come at rush hour and asked for a simple drink, and I wasn't even greeted or told good bye or to have a nice day, she just closed the window in my face after handing me my drink.

This location makes the BEST drinks & a HUGE shout out to Janella who is the absolute SWEETEST! She always a smile on her face, does an amazing job & is willing to double check their inventory for you.

Feel bad for the one girl who made my drink, she was the only girl there trying to serve 5 people. Idk why people are complaining about it being slow, of course its gonna take a bit longer when they're staffed like this. Sweet girl and made my drink right
