I got a 6 inch veggie sub (with only cheese, a little lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and chipotle sauce) and I was charged almost $8... I didn't ask for anything extra, no drink, and no chips. I go to other Subways very often and my order is always around $5.50 and this is in the city.

Myself and spouse went to Subway in Streamwood Il The location is on Irving Park Road. Customers can pick what kind of bread do you want like 6 inch or foot long. The staff will ask customers do want the bread to be toasted when the bread is toasted the staff will ask customers do you want lettuce, Tomato,, green onions, olives and different kinds of sauces. The sandwiches names are The boss, Pizza sub.
No choice but to get a subway sandwich in this place. Manager needs to attend a CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 TRAINING!. No customer service at all, doesn't know how to greet, ask professionally the customers. Very bad SERVICE!

Went to this store close to my home with a coupon which was not as it stated - they would only allow the cheaper priced sandwich. Instead of $5.99 for a footlong as the coupon I wanted to use didn't work. The BLT footlong was only at full price for $899. I have never had this problem before with Subway but won't return there.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager there, always rude. Also $4 for extra meat is highway robbery, I understand some kind of up charge but $4?
Guy working there in a rude manner says they don’t accept coupons after they made my sandwich and I was about to pay -I show them subway coupon that comes in the mail , worker says they don’t accept coupons I ask why ? No answer . Coupon says - “reedeemable at participating u.s. restaurants” but there’s no sign in there store that says they don’t accept coupons so it’s b.s. I was at jewel so I thought I’d stop by at this subway since it’s next door and I wanted subway , but I always go to the subway in streamwood and will just go there from now on. They accept coupons in the mail and on there app! Awesome ?Ppl that work there are very friendly unlike this subway location

There is a Hispanic lady working here right now 5/16/22 at 9:22am and her attitude STINKS… very bad customer service, I think she mad I walked On her cleaning, I interrupted her in finishing… she slapped my meat in the middle of my foot long, I asked could she spread the meat, she breathe really loud n spreading the meat agresssively, I’m like whoa r u ok? U ignores, she then slaps my cheese in 1 spot n I told her the cheese isn’t on the whole sandwich she gets mad n snatches cheese to put in right spots I’m like ummm u need to fix ur attitude if u plan on working with the public..after that I was rushed..she didn’t offer veggies to put on, I had to stop her from trying to ring me up cuz she really was trying to skip everything. Next time I’ll just stop by the subway close to my job not my home.

So this place emphasizes that they do no accept coupons. They don't run any deals. Which is fine. However they are literally a whole dollar more than others subways in the area for a 6 inch sandwich. Please beware, there is another subway near by that's less than a mile away.

Horrible customer service...instead of simply and calmly explaining that they do not take coupons.. the man behind the counter loudly and rudely pointed at the sign instead of explaining the policy or showing basic kindness to the customers..the only customers in the store might i add. Employees took the situation to a ten when it was a one.. will not be returning and would recommend any other location.
