It's time the owners either step in and make major changes or they need shut down. Every single meal I order from here is served below safe Temps. Ordered the chicken fries meal last night and everything was room temp. Got an original chicken sandwich meal a week ago and everything was room temp. This is unacceptableThe GM is incompetent, childish, immature, uneducated and petty. She should not be a manager because she does not follow the manager rules and regulations. She will send people home for labor being high and then give people write ups. She avoids handling customer issues by making other employees deal with issues. She is rude to customers when they call in with problems. She shows favoritism as well.

Worst BK in the county. Ordered a bacon king without ketchup. Got Luke warm, dry patties with cheese in the wrapper (not on the burger) stuck to the bottom of the bread and the paper. It was like they literally "threw" it together. Frys were fresh, but had 0 salt on them. Tried to get the cheese onto the burger but it was too stuck to the outside of the bun, it was not possible. Eventually threw out the food cuz it was gross without cheese and not hot at all. Tried to call to complain and nobody answered the phone. Do not recommend at all. Drive to Ottawa if you want BK. Cold, bland food not prepared properly and is likely unsafe due to how cold it was when served. Wasted 15 bucks and then couldn't reach anyone by phone to give them an opportunity to correct the issue.

I've really tried to defend the workers at Burger King but I have received the wrong order for the 4th time in a row. I'm done. I don't ask for off the wall food requests, I just get whoppers and kids meals and they can never get it right. I'm not getting food here anymore. It's not worth it when they can't give me what I ask and pay for, and when I check to see if I have everything I bought at the window they get agitated or tell you to pull up. I wouldn't have to do this if you give me the correct food in the first place!

Ordered food got home and looked inside didn't get my spices chicken sandwich not happy and the tiger sandwich the bun inside was burnt black yucky only one person working doing all the jobs taken order and money cooking getting fries and drinks by her self she was nice need to hire more people I was in line after I ordered for 20 minutes 15.00 dollars for a sandwich and chicken fries not a happy person
