Well since Taco Bell Streator doesn’t have their own Facebook page I shall post here. Tonight Taco Bell Streator was on point with their food. Everything was so good! Also the staff that I saw working there tonight was some staff I’ve never seen before and they were super friendly! Well done! I have never had a bad experience at our Taco Bell. But something was just different about tonight their staff made a positive impact on my day.
I have to say that the gentleman in the drive thru should be training people in drive thru's everywhere. If there were a drive thru training school- this man should be in charge. He was hands down the most patient, courteous and delightful person working in a fast food restaurant on the planet. I'm not kidding, he was genuinely happy that we were there. The best experience ever. I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name to share it publicly.

Half my order was wrong, was not what I asked for. Maybe if the girl working the register did her job instead of laughing and giggling and not paying attention things would be done correctly.

Girl at the register is super friendly and accommodating. We got our drinks and couldn’t sit by the window where we wanted due to the dirty tables, so we found a seat still within view of the vehicle. They forgot some of my order so I had to go back to the counter and get it, but that’s no big deal. My 9 year old and I sat down to eat and a nice song came on from the late 90s. About 2 minutes later the boom box from the kitchen exploded and overpowered the lobby speakers with some rap song that used the N word about 47 times. Not exactly family friendly music. We left…Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly unless you want your kids listening to explicit music.

Cashier coughed all over her hands with no gloves on, and then proceeded to take my order. She did not wash or sanitize her hands first. This bothered me because it's a good establishment. Thankfully she was not the person who made my food. Food was as expected.

If I'm paying almost $30 I'm expecting not only for my food to be hot and fresh, I'm also expecting the exact amount of sauce packets that I request when paying online. This is the third time that I have gotten not what I ordered and paid for, but what the employees think I should have! Unacceptable!
People running it make it a terrible atmosphere. Managers are rude to customers and still have their job.

The night “ manager “ is less than ideal for good customer service. Will never be returning to this location. Very disappointing someone like that is permitted to lead employees. But it is Streator so I guess the pickings are pretty grim.
