Took calling 4 times before they would answer and not just pick up and set back down to disconnect. When finally getting thru was told that the door would be locked at 10 pm and I MUST be there before. I said no problem only to find the door locked at 9:48pm. A customer coming out finally let me in while workers looked out the window at me only to do nothing not realizing I called an order in. Told girl waiting on me that I wanted to talk to a manager. Told assistant manager Dawn I did not appreciate the way I was treated all while still in the timeline of being open. If you chose not to have customers after 9:30pm please change all your signage and websites. Pizza usually excellent, this time and probably the only time I experienced a no taste, bland pizza because of a hurry and get out of here work crew in Sullivan Illinois! Will try something else for dining while visiting Sullivan next time.

Although the pizza was acceptable, the lack of competent wait staff made for an undeniable experience. Management does not seem to grasp how to staff this restaurant appropriately with trained staff. It took us several worts to get a server to wait on us then almost as long to ask for a bill so we could leave. If you really want pizza get carry out

Terrible food. The spaghetti reminded us of Franco American or Chef Bour R D. They first brought it without the meatballs and when corrected brought 3 small meatballs that were not very good. We left most of it despite being very hungry. The breadsticks were worse than the spaghetti.

We had a yummy meal of individual pizzas, salad and water. They weren’t too busy when we got there but they were slammed by the time we left.

Great food! Pizza was amazing and the waiter who took our order was very kind, she took time out of being the only waiter in there to help an older lady out the restaurant who was having trouble walking. Always a first idea for food!

Great store I was in town for work we place a order for pick up I had two orders one was fine the other order we got the wrong pizza and they helped us and fix it for us will be back again if in town
Food is just nasty, sauce tastes weird compared to every other Monicals. Server wouldn't leave us to eat in peace and kept asking questions while we were eating. My first time eating at this one and I'll never go back. Father in law said the pasta was ok

We were welcomed and waited on with the most friendlies people ever. I have eaten at Monical's in Decatur several times, but I think I will make the drive to go here. The food was hot fast and the service was the best I have had in a long time. I did not have cash on me and wanted to tip for the great service and food. So, I went and bought some Monkey Bread and left a tip on there. Thank you!!!!

We showed up with a large party 30 minutes until closing time and they were extremely friendly and accommodating! It was the best service I have had in a very long time. Our waitress Desra was so nice and personable, always asking if we needed anything else. The kitchen was also very quick with our food. Very impressed with the food and friendliness of the staff.

Good pizza ? enjoyed friendly staff bathroom cleaner than other's dusting lobby I was feeling Halloween early. If u want to drink it's higher that did change cost a lot but overall good food thanks Plus Amber going to be truly missed.Kid-friendliness: Yes no
