Sweet Vail has become one of my favorite places. Lots of yummy food options, sweets, delicious drinks, and coffee! Such adorable atmosphere, always clean premises, and good tunes. I love plopping down in a spot with my laptop to get some work done. Can't go wrong with ANY of their panini or wraps. The chai is always delish. I always find a way to juggle it into my budget to enjoy.I LOOOOVE using the drive thru option, but when someone orders food it boggs up the line (it's NOT a fast food place, so don't expect 1 minute fly thru food in taste or time) I wish there was a way to separate food orderers to park to wait vs someone ordering a single drink or two.

I was anxious to try out the new and beautifully built café. I was so ready to have a new coffee shop to visit. I was able to visit on a Thursday at 10:30am (at this time there was one car in the drive thru and one person walking out). Going inside I was even more amazed by the layout and decor. It was great to see they had a variety of seating options from tables to a bar area. I was amazed by their large event space to reserve. With all this said, I am sad to say the service and quality were very disappointing. As it was my first time in, there was no one up front to welcome me in. There were quite a few people working the drive thru and in the back that just looked at me. I took a second to look over the menu while I waited. It was after 5 minutes that someone finally came over to take my order. I had a latte picked out and asked if it was sweet (as I like sweet and flavored coffees). She said it was very sweet so I stuck to my order! I was the only one inside at first until a few others came in while I was ordering. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to start making coffees (it seemed a few girls were working on a drive thru food order). Oddly, the person behind me actually got her drinks before I did. After about 15 minutes total of waiting I finally got my drink. At the time I was not bothered by the wait and I was still anxious about trying the coffee. I was honestly taken aback that the coffee had absolutely zero flavor. It was completely watered down although it was just made. With the wait time I experienced when they weren't busy, I would be afraid for what it would be if they WERE. I'm disappointed with the coffee, but I would consider going back to try to food (if I had time to spare). I would like to see this spot do well for the city of Sullivan. I hope my experience wasn't everyone else's. Giving 3 stars because I see a lot of potential in this spot. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that they are still relatively new. I really hope the quality and service get better.

Unassuming exterior, zesty interior, decent food once it finally came out. If 6 people order together you should either call their food all at once or deliver the food to the table. Making 6 trips across the restaurant to pick up orders one by one a minute apart is not nice.I would say 4 stars but this cryptic game with no instructions has given me nightmares. How is it played? How is it won?
Honestly the best chai tea latte I've ever had! Love stopping here to grab one. Sometimes the drive thru can be a little slow (10-15 min), but otherwise it's great!
