I was there with my grandson on April 11th 2024 at 3:25 p.m. and store number 1143. I gave the young lady the exact change for my sale. She was busy chatting with the staff never said thank you when we left. Otherwise everything was fine.Have a wonderful day.

I watched the worked drop the drive thru burger on the floor barely wrapped in the paper and put back in the bag and. After told them they need to throw that away it fell on the floor they argued that it didn’t even though it’s on camera

I always come here after midnight so I can I only speak for the service after midnight. It’s the best Location you can go to . They never stingy with the portions . Food always packaged well . 10/10 out of all the locations I’ve been to in Chicago, this location is the best one.

Chicken nuggets are good. The soda machine wasn't working, but the food made up for it.
I absolutely loooove this place in the mornings!!! I work nights so when I get off, my Friday ill stop for a treat and they have literally never disappointed. Presentation, taste...wait time..everything is awesome! This is definitely the best BK. Saturday morning crew is the best! Thank you for feeding me and being super great. You all deserve a raise. Honestly.

Smells like mice are stuck inside the cooking pipe smells after you cook the food I can smell Dead mice soon as I walked out & saw the smoke come out the pipe om roof

My coworker and I just ordered. I called the restaurant and was put on hold. They never came back to the phone…just left it off the hook. I hung up and called back but the line was busy for about 10 minutes. When the line was finally clear they kept picking up the phone and hanging up in my face. I literally called back 5 times and they did this repeatedly each and every time. I just had a simple request for my order. We ordered 2 meals. When our food came, one whole meal was missing. Like, half of our order was just not there at all. Tried calling back but of course they never answered. Such a disappointment. First and last time ordering from this location
