My friend and I went to Applebee's yesterday. We are "talkers" so we asked to be seated in an area where we could visit for a long time. The greeter was very helpful. We ordered our meal and chatted for several hours. The food was good. I had the prime rib dipper. I would order that again. My friend had the chicken tenders and fries with a side salad. She was happy. Our server was very accommodating. We will be back.

We had to wait an hour for appetizers while our other table got their appetizers, food, and desserts. One of our people got their drink 15 minutes after ours. The reasoning we got was "they had to wait for all the drinks before the food" like I'm hungry and could care less bout the people who get the food first, as long as some people got food, that way I could steal a fry or two. And hour and thirty later we got our food and it was cold, the only thing steaming were my anger issues. It was so bad that our coach had to talk to the manager. 1 star.

Jatahj was an absolutely amazing server. When we had questions and concerns about portion sizes and anything else, he was extra informative and accommodating to us. Service with a smile. Best service we have had in a while. If we could give more stars for service, it would definitely be higher.

My daughter and I shared an afternoon out after school to grab a bite to eat. Our waitress Shelby took great care of us. She was very nice and our food was great! We also enjoyed a Triple chocolate meltdown that was so yummy!

Wasn't to happy. Ordered the half slab ribs. It says on the menu fries and Cole slaw. Went to order they said u only get 1 side and if u order the full slab u get 2. The price u pay is ridiculous anyway and there isn't much meat on them anyway. Left I was still hungry.

Went two different times about 2 months apart and both times we walked in to sit at the bar. When we sit down, there is no one in site of the bar, servers are walking around us, seeing we have not even been greeted and choose not to say anything, doesn’t think to go get the bartender nothing. Sat there both times for a solid 10/15 min the first time and the second about 5 because I was irritated that it happened yet again and left. It was like we were completely invisible, atleast say hey someone will be with you when they can, and no it was not busy, there was 2 older people at the bar already eating and us and then one table already done eating just hanging out at their table and another that just sat down. Atleast acknowledge us. Just sad because the food is usually delicious when we finally get service. Do better.

Service-SUCKSOrdered the quesadilla burger WELL DONE..came out medium well,sent it back and it STILL wasn’t done! They’re are currently doing ALL YOU CAN EAT riblets,shrimp,and boneless wings…put in order for another round of the boneless wings and it literally took 30 minutes to come out. At this time I’m ready for the check! It’s not busy in here at all. Our drinks DID NOT get a refill,wasn’t even asked if we wanted a refill
